Any free money given, that does not require a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 10x the bonus given e.g. $50 given max cash out = $500. Excess winnings will be removed. Monies must be turned over at least 15x (unless otherwise stated) before any cash out can be made.(amended June 2004)

    happened to me at inet

hit 100 free spins on raindance
Did that happen on the monthly manager's bonus Catrina? I always hate to think of hitting a random jackpot or something, when I've gotten a $10 or $15bonus and will only be able to cashout $150 max. That would be a nightmare.

The CW thing was bad enough.....I had cashed in my $10 worth of comp points, and got all the way up past $1000. I was so happy, then I remember writing to the manager and getting the answer back that they did have the max cashout rule on comp points. I was not a happy camper, lol. Anyway, they did take a look at that rule a few months later, and changed it. While it didn't help me, it is a much better way for a reputable casino to go.

There should never be a max cashout on comp/loyalty points, IMO. Those are rewards that you have earned through deposits.

    Hi Everyone,
Just to clarify, as pinababy says our "comp points" do not have a max cash out. Other forms of complimentary credits may have a 10x limit as per the rules but this does not include "comp points".
I hope that this clears things up
    Best Regards

Thanks to the INET PROMO for clarifying one point but what about the "PLAY THROUGH" requirement. Is there one associated with this comp?

    pinababy, INETPromo FYI

I just saw the rules on the comp points,,YES There is a 10x turnover here..I assume it means playthrough "onies claimed must be turned over at least ten times before any withdrawal can be made."

    # Comp points are accumulated during real money wagering only.
    # Comp points must always be redeemed for the highest possible comp value.
    # Minimum number of comp points that can be redeemed is 50.
    # **Maximum number of comp points that can be redeemed at one time is 2000.
    ( implemented 01/29/04 09:30 EST )
    # Monies claimed must be turned over at least ten times before any withdrawal can be made.
    # Comp points accrued solely from non deposit offers will be non-redeemable.

Thanks Stovetopp, that's the one thing I wasn't sure of. I knew absolutely there was no max cashout, but didn't know if there were wagering requirements...now I do.
