What would you like to see in a VIP programme?

    Hi all,

Ok first of all I know our username is BetterPoker but we're also a rep for Better Casino

We are going to be revamping our VIP programme. Thought we'd get some feedback from fellow Meister members.

So what's important to you guys in a VIP programme, and what would you like to see?

This is mainly for Better Casino, but if you have ideas for poker too, pls let us know

    Thanks!

Whatever it is, it has to be straightforward, without a huge bunch of t&c full of incomprehensible rules and exceptions attached to it.

tencardcharlie highlights a very important point! Transparency!

We already know, unless you are the new brand of online casinos I havn't experienced yet, that to become a VIP member I need to lose big! If I win I do not become a VIP member, and if I should find a hole in your set of rules that would make me one I would atleast get the crappiest service available from here to Flatlands! (Which is strange, since a winning customer who is a VIP bet's in a high volume, which in the long run will give you profit unless it's a BJ or Poker player who is good and you serve a fair game).

So that said, what do I want as a VIP member - given I become one since I lost huge amounts of money? I want more money!

Also, I do not see why a bonus has to have playthrough attached to it! This is just a crappy measure to get your money back - which is all fine - unless you advertise fair game and you take gambling problems seriously! (Which you all most likely do since this makes nice advertising!)

If you give me $100 and I win $1000. What's the harm in letting me wothdraw theese? You kow I am gonna deposit them tomorrow anyways!

And if I didn't take the $100, and deposited a $100 instead - what's the difference? I am a VIP since I am a paying customer in the first place!

That's a lot of personal opinion there, so let me cook it down to some practical wishes:

    1. higher bonuses with lower playthrough
    2. lower bonuses with NO playthrough (3dice already does this)
    3. lottery picks for the VIPs, however lower pots so I atleast have a chance in winning something! (In my ~$300.000 online casino experience I never won SHIT in vip prices!)

But maby the best of all - send something with the post! If you made a fortune on me, why not send me a bottle of chanpaigne, a case of beer, or as one of the other players in CM got - a discman! Something physical would really impress me instead of credits you get back!

If you have a real casino, why not send me a ticket - prepaid from my own door to your casino! You know you gonna make a buck anyways! That would really be nice!

Not sure it helped, but hey - it's a free forum,

I do not like any kind of offers that have anything attached to the (wagering/deposits/withdrawal limit). I play straight up and never claim any bonus unless it is absolutely free of any T&C's etc just as I wrote up there.

That is what keeps me coming back, and spending more, and being loyal.

When you add all kinds of gibberish to a bonus one has earned, then it really isn't a bonus or gift or appreciation for my losses ...it is a come on and those are the worst casinos in the world and I stay away from them totally...especially the ones that have a competition of who spent the most will get a monetary gift..

That is truly the worst one....give me gift of $50 for spending $10,000? I do no think so ...too sad if it weren't the truth..

So , just deposit a nice little gift with no strings attached...and I will happily be your best customer..just as I received from another casino just recently...who has me forever!

Hospitality is by far the best reward for staying loyal to an operator. Something that you wouldn't normally do on your own at no stress or expense is great

Some of my favourite things in no particular order but keep me going back:

    Instant Neteller payouts
The ability to set Reverse Pending to Zero
    15%/20% Weekly Cashback promotions
Loyalty bonuses with no, or < 5x at least, WR
Tickets to &/or Accommodation at events

And the little things, like a free CD/DVD/iPod/Phone etc when you wager $2k,3k,4k or 5k or something.
