Okay, today is the 16th, still no reply to my PM (I will send another one), and no answer to this question:
Why was Intertops CS telling locked out customers to go and play at Jackpot Capital Casino, which is an RTG operation? Was it just an overzealous CS rep, just trying to be helpful? If so, just say so, no problem. Or....is there something more to this?
I am still playing at Intertops...they had me do a special download of the casino. Anyway, today I am having some technical problems, so I call "VIP Rep"...and this rep also tells me while the problem gets fixed, to go play at Jackpot Capital. I say it is not even the same software, and she says she knows, she is just recommending them to me. I guess they are doing it during the down times, (technical diff), that Intertops is having with US players.

It's probably because they are referring you to a casino they know and trust, just like I have webmaster links on the bottom of this page. I know these guys, and I don't mind them getting traffic from me.
Intertops doesn't have tunnel-vision, and they're just trying to be helpful. No big deal.

Fair enough, so why the long silence
What is the problem with them saying this ON THE RECORD. I have NEVER heard of ONE casino referring players to ANOTHER, except where both are CONNECTED.
Who are Jackpot Capital anyway, RTG, potentially dodgy to start with, so are Intertops vouching for them?
Intertops should be aware that were players subsequently screwed over by Jackpot Capital after trying them through the recommendation of an Intertops agent, Intertops would be dragged into the mess. Intertops simply need to clarify the official position, as there is now more than enough evidence to presume that it is FACT that Intertops CS reps are recommending Jackpot Capital to some of their players.

My point exactly guys. It just makes zero sense to me. One, for an MG casino to recommend an RTG alternative to their customers. Two, that the RTG they are recommending is an unknown quantity basically. Who knows if they're good or bad? Why not recommend Inetbet or ClubWorld...why Jackpot Capital? And three, what's with the silence? Why hasn't the rep responded? Not to two PM's I have sent him, with a link to this thread...nor a reply in the thread itself.
I just find it extremely strange...and the longer the silence goes on, the more I think they have to be connected in some way. Which is even stranger.

Just received a disk & sign up offer from Jackpot Capital.
Anyway... did anyone find out what is going on with Intertops/JC? And is Jackpot Capital ok to play?
I'm still trying to find out if they have a max cashout rule... Problems with navigation...![]()
