Howdy meisters,

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems logging into the tournaments.This issue has been going on now for me for over a month and all they have to say is we been having technical difficulties.(over a month and still not solved).hmm..sounds fishy to me how it can not be solved.Its not the games i can go play but the tournies have been a real pain in the you know what.I posted this to see if others had the same issue because i can see others entered the tournies so why am i having this issue.Any reponse would be gratful..over and out..

I have been having the same problem. I spoke with live chat about it yesterday...here is a copy of our chat:

just minutes ago.

This has been going on for at least a week now.

I know that I'm registered for some tournaments but when I click on "My tournaments" it says that I'm not registered.

When I try to join the other tournaments nothing happens.

Where you playing online for a long time because we were advised that players who have been on should close the casino and other programs and totally close down the computer and then restart them

Supposedly Microgaming repaired the technical issue

I wasn't playing. I have been unable to play the tournaments all day. I just reopened the casino, and still can't play the tournaments.

Yes but was you computer closed before hand?

Me:
I will try shutting down and restarting my computer.

I then shut down my computer and restarted. Nope, didn't fix it. But a few minutes later, I was able to play the tournaments. Tried again a few hours later...Nope, unable to play. Now again today, unable to play. So, obviously, Microgaming hasn't fixed the "technical issue".

I used to think problems came about with the tourns when they bring new casinos into the fold.

Or maybe even for now that they are bringing hitman into the tourns.

But sadly this problem seems to be mainly at jackpot factory.

I to have not been able to get in most times, waiting to play the 10k tourn.

I also play the tournys, when I can't play a game I just wait about half an hour and then try again, this always works for me..

Yeah what works for me is to stay logged into the casino but drop the casino down, and when tourns go active the casino will turn orange, then you can play.

But i have not had the time to try that lately.

I have had occasional problems in registering or logging in for tourneys at All jackpots for the past few months. The situation has deteriorated in the past 2 weeks. I had to make a dozen tries before succeeding.

thank you very much i was losing my mind wondering what was going on.First they tried to tell me it was my system whist i thought i was losing it.But i knew it was not on my side.They figure they are exceptional good and they have in the past but now how can you have the same issues over a month with the same result...either they are slow or just don't care.

same here...and it still helps (or thats a feeling I have)...what else I do is to open some other MGS casino and try to register for one of free tournaments...I havve a feeling it helps sometimes...

My counslusion is that Jackpot Factory is heavily affected with it, while other MGS casinos have inteminint problems lately with it.

What I do is to watch ho many registered players are ATM and compare it after 15 mins. If MGS has a problem you see taht cerrent $50 free tournie have about 2-3 registered players in it. Funny and sad at the same time.

Sad thing is to looke at thoe 15 min, 2h - $25K finaly being canceled due to small number or registrants.

And yes, it work for about 4-5 hours, then there is a collapse.

all the tourneys are interlinked to all the casinos meaning MASSIVE traffic,they recently made it impossible to play the tournies unless you verify your alias which cut a bit of freeloader traffic,now some of them you need to deposit before you can play free tournies,I don't know if you ever played an MMORPG but this is the same problem server overloads,they will likely upgrade the servers so they can get more traffic but when the server is overloaded it cannot accept more requests meaning you cannot join the tournies at that time but you might be able to a minute later if the server free up anough room. sometimes half an hour,they will not tell you this info clearly but that is the issue.If they told you it was server overloads then players would complain and say why can others play and i cant blah blah so they say technical problems...same thing
