    Fixed on line casino's

    Hi there
i have been watching this forum for a while and impressed by a number of its contributors.
Where do i begin, a few years ago i got into online gambling, i opened various accounts, but my main playing account was with a major UK bookmaker, the only game i have ever played online was blackjack, i followed the usual betting pattern £1-£2 a bet, doing alright, then like a lot of people i started upping my bets and winning, this is great i thought, then within a short period of time (you can guess) i started losing, i would start small and do ok then the moment i started betting big, i started losing, and so the spiral began, to cut a long story short i ended up losing everything including my house, now i will be the first to admit i had a problem a serious problem but i may have been stupid but i was not thick, every time i played the same pattern was forming start with small bets and do ok, up the bets and started losing, the dealer pulling out 21's from everywhere.
Eventually when you have lost everything and have nothing else to bet common sense prevails and i quit.
Over the years although hating myself for what i had done to my family and me i could'nt help feeling this bookmaker was running a fixed casino.
I started to do a lot of research and the more i learnt and found out, almost all online casino's are fixed, they are using Artificial intelligence in RNG, and are also lowering the player percentage payout the higher the stake placed, in short they are fixing the games.
So a few months ago i decided to reopen my account with this leading UK bookmaker to experiment and sure enough i started playing small and did ok, i upped my bets and had some good wins, soon after i started losing the same pattern was forming, last week i closed my account, player percentage payout for my last session was 90.89%.
Over the years i have read various stories from people all relating the same problems, but no one has ever done anything, i intend to take this UK leading bookmaker to court and expose the truth of what is going on,i have nothing to lose (when you have got nothing you cannot lose anything). There arrogance is beyond belief.
Now at this stage i do not want to reveal the bookmaker but what i will say is the software is provided by Microgaming.
Why am i telling you all this, well i need help and advise, anybody that can help me would be greatly appreciated, i am determined to get this to court, if anything to stop anybody else going though what i went through.
thank you for your time in taking to read this.
Anybody who wishes to talk to me can do with utmost confidence.

    regards

How about some cold, hard evidence? If you have none, then you're not going to get anywhere - court or otherwise...
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Whoever it is, Hills, Laddies or Corals - I hope you take them to the cleaners!

Although, in my opinion you probably have more chance of saying hi to Lord Lucan.

However, I wish you the best of luck. You are going to need it!

    Hi
Welcome to the Forum! I just came here to wish you luck and hope you atleast can get some press if it goes that far. You will probably read alot of "youll never win" or "good luck with that mate" But you know what? They also said that before the first person had the patience to sue people/companies in the past when those laws werent in effect.

I remember a long time ago when this lady sued her husband's lover for destroying their marriage. People laughed and the press even made fun of her but she won and passed new civil law.

Don't let anyone tear you down, Like you said, you have nothing to lose and the people who are negative or don't believe it can happen , well, maybe its because they dont want to put in the time its going to take. You won't know until you try!!

    Good Luck

    How true how true!

On a more serious matter, I totally agree with you! I am a programmer and I am all aboard on your views, I even was in contact with lawyers myself but couldn't find people to help me out analyzing the results since everyone seems to think it's random... The patterns are there, and they also seem to come when upping the ante - especial doing 10x bets you see the patterns very clear.

I totally agree with you, there has to be some fuzzy logic going on here and it's matched the gamblers brain. I for one would be onboard going further with this, however I am not sure what i have to gain here. I have myself lost around a million dollars in this game - so you see what you see - and there are patterns since the wins on high stakes never are the same as the ones at lower stake!

There is no reason preaching to the converted, and for the people asking me why I still gamble - it's because I am an addict - however I wager low now and I know I loose all the way, but it's cheaper than booze depending on the way you look at it.

By reading my posts you will see I have already come up with a theory on how the system might work, it pretty much fits the bill at the moment - however chaos theory would have it that it's still possible in the random world so we are pretty much fucked in prooving anything that is unproovable!

Anyways, great post - I feel every workd of it!

    Signing of,
And by the way I am a software developer - so I tend to think in bits and bytes - however randomness is unproovable so I am the usual suspect, and the moron and asshole in most peoples perspective! On the other hand, I do not care - since I know what I know, people believe the system works since they wager low - however ask the hig h rollers and see what they say!

I am pretty sure it is all rigged now. I had my doubts to begin with, but not anymore. I would love to see microgaming go down, I hate them. I could never take them to court, don't have the money, mainly because they sucked it out of me.

I would love to get them back somehow.

At one point I did contemplate a suicide bomb attempt on their headquarters on the isle of man. I was so crazy with rage, I lost everything. But it wasn't worth it... it isn't worth killing myself or other people over - money will become meaningless soon, and their business will die anyway...

They're cheats, make fools out of people. Their software is not fair, they change it, or it adapts due to A.I., nothing you do will ever beat them. It is designed to be unbeaten, it isn't just house edge, it is an evil cheating programme that learns how you play and makes sure you lose... in the end it just sucks and sucks...

If anyone can take out microgaming - go for it. I would love to see them suffer...

    Curse them.

I want the smug git in microgaming who caused my pain, to also hit rockbottom and feel the anguish and despair I have felt...

    Funky_Seagull,

Have you considered getting any professional help for your issues about this? It seems like you have way too much rage and unstable thoughts to be here at a gambling forum, and to be sitting around letting these thoughts of yours fester.

I would seriously consider talking to someone neutral and not involved in gambling to try to work out your issues.

do you think mr bush knew something we dont when he banned online gambling ?
    I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,
You never bet any real money you only bet in your mind.
The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

Wow Funky, that is one scary post...really. Please read Jod's post, as that is the best advice you will ever receive.

I almost find it irrelevant that it's gambling that is causing (or has caused) you so much pain. If ANYTHING makes you feel what you have described, that is not a normal reaction...or at the very least not a healthy one for you.

    Please talk to someone.
