It is nice, for once, to be able to write something nice.
I have played at clubworld for quite a while, but for some reason I do not receive their promotional emails. I have tried everything and apparently so have they but they never reach me. 2 months ago I found out about a managers bonus there, posted on site if you had not received email please contact support. So I did and they very promptly set me up and tried to fix the email issue. Last month I received no emails but did have a bonus in there one day. This month I emailed them, because again I have received no promotional emails. I got the nicest email back from Steve Morgan Casino Manager, in which he gave me a bonus code and also a deposit bonus code. It was extremely nice, and made me feel very good.
I usually play more at another rtg casino, but for some reason they got all huffy at us all last month for discussing bonuses. I did receive one eventually last month, but less than usual, and this month, well this is the 20th, so I guess they must be mad at me. Just wanted to say that how reps respond to emails is essential in keeping their customer base, and Clubworld and Steve Morgan moved a long way to making their casino my favorite.
