After being ignored by CW's CS for the past 3 days regarding an update for my Vista problem, I PM'd Tom last night. I woke up this morning to find out that he indeed check into the problem, and provided me with an update, letting me know where they stood and what was being done.

The most I got from CS via Live Chat was "check back tomorrow." I never received any updates via email.

Tom is the best. Always answers pm's promptly and follows through even if it takes a while. Tom has always solved any issues I have,, Just wish I could win more there..lol wonder if Tom can solve that one...

I wish I could win more too. But I may bitch about losing but at least I know that when it comes to CS, you can't beat Tom and Club World.

Not to sound shilly, but I just have to bump this thread. I made a cashout last night around 10:30p.m. Didn't flush or anything. Check my QT account just now and it is already there. It is 10:35a.m.

Now that is service, folks. I don't care how tight the games are anymore. I want service and quick service and I get it.
