All Slots a tad confused on bonus WR

    Lex:
Cindy, thank you for your patience and for contacting our chat support desk. However, before I can assist you, for your account security, I will need you to confirm your:

    1.) Full name
    2.) Telephone number
3.) and, finally, Date of Birth, please.

    Cindy:
Hiya I won the Sky is the limit tourney for $413.82 can you tell me why $5 was put in my bonus account when I played my total down to 0 yesterday'

    Cindy:

    Lex:
Cindy, thank you for confirming your account details. I'll be happy to check on this for you immediately, Cindy. This will take me a few moments. Thank you in advance for your patience. I will be back with you shortly.

    Cindy:
    ok ty vm

    Lex:
Cindy, thanks so much for your patience. The $5 was a combined cash-back on two $25 deposits you had made earlier. Both $2.50 cash-backs were credited as one $5 bonus on the 4th of October.

    Cindy:
yes an I played it down to a 0 balance

    Cindy:
oh ok you mean after the deposit not when it was deposited

    Cindy:
ok can I make a withdraw minus the $5

    Lex:
Right, Cindy. And with the bonus, you can't play it down to zero because there's the "play-through" for all bonuses before you can convert them to playble cash.

    Cindy:
cause as soon as I deposited the 1st $25 I got a $2.50 bonus an the same with the 2nd $25 an played it to 0

    Lex:
You played the $25 down to zero, but the bonus stays in your account until you play through it 30 times. Then it converts to cash you can play in the casino. At the moment you have a total of $408.82 in cash that you can withdraw. You also have a total of 1609 Loyalty Points right now. You can redeem 1000 of those for $10 in playable casino cash if you want.

    Cindy:
so I can withdraw the cash without wagering

    Cindy:
    the $408.82

    Lex:
The $408.82 in your cash account you can withdraw without wagering. However the $5 bonus stays in the bonus account until it's been played through 30 times.

    Cindy:
    ahh ok ty lex

    Cindy:
    you have a great day

    Lex:
So far, Cindy, you've played through $119.78 of the $150 to convert your bonus $5 to casino cash.

    Cindy:
    ok cool Thanks again Lex

    Lex:
My pleasure, Cindy, and thank you again for contacting us on the Casino support chat line. Remember that we're here for you 24/7 for your convenience. Have a great day!

    Cindy:
    n/p u 2 bye 4 now

Visitor Cindy has ended the chat. nZl"

Well, T&C my ass. If you play it down to zero - all dependencies and wager requirements seize to exist! If the casino want's to hold you for further deposits on previous requiremens quit that casino and be sure to mention that here so we all know who they are! Anything else defies normal reasoning, and we as players must not allow ourself to deposit in such places!

I am onboard that 30x wager requirements is attached to a bonus, but as soon as those money are empty and you deposit fresh money - if you win $1000 on the first spin you sure as hell should be able to withdraw every single penny of it!

To be technical, since the casino sure is, if you had $1 left and deposit $100 more and win in the next $10 you still should be able to withdraw everything since the bonus money with the attached bonus is still empty - however this is maby to much to ask.
