Went cold turkey for a full year when the NETeller chit hit the fan. I hung out here just like always, I just wasn't playing. If a casino hit me with a no deposit bonus, I'd play (and lose).
I missed it at first I guess, but I was so mad about the UIGEA and NETeller and all that stuff that I spent a lot of time trying to keep up with what was going on. Now, I pretty much stay busy with other hobbies.
When I started playing again, I got back in slowly, one casino at a time, and with small deposits. I've seen no reason to increase my deposits. Can't hit anything, can't even get playtime for my money so I've already cut back even more to playing only occasionally. It's a PITA (and costly) to get money to and from the casino -- especially when it's mostly 'to' the casino and nothing coming back.
Soon, I'll be on the sidelines again. If it's not fun I'm not doing it. And the piss poor amount of 'fun' I get out of my deposits is convincing me to step back even further.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.
