Playtech wagering requirements

Hi guys (and gals),

I'm finding the fact that playtech doesn't show the remaining wagering requirements in the cashier very annoying (one good thing about RTG).

Here is the issue:

1) Received first deposit bonus of $750 in addition to my $500 deposit (total $1250).

2) Wagering requirements are 25x. ($31250)

3) I have only played slots (which count fully towards the wagering requirements).

4) Since Play Tech does not show the remaining wagering requirement, I have to continuously ask CS to give me an update until I figured out I could calculate how much I've played by the comp points.

5) 1 comp point = $15 USD - I have accumulated 2272 comp points. (2272 x $15 = 34080)

6) Customer service is telling me that I still have $10,000 in wagering requirements to complete.

Where am I going wrong in using the comp points as a calculation method? I've been playing far too long at high spin amounts to still require $10,000 in wagering requirements.

I've been told by customer service that it's an error on the comp points page and 1 comp point is equivalent to 10 USD and not 15 USD wagered (as the page shows).

Also be VERY careful NOT to have ANY money in your account when depositing & recieving a bonus at a PT casino. If you do, It counts your WR wrong, adding balance before the new deposit to the WR.

Could it be the free spins/bonus rounds adding to your comp base that do not count? I think I read that somewhere in the forum, that this is something that was done also which one needed to watch out for..cause this also skews your playing base amount...
