problems running absoluteslots

Hi,
Is anyone else having problems getting absoluteslots to run. I download it and it takes forever to start up and when it does i can log in quickly but cannot download any of the slots. I just get the orange bar that says downloading but nothing seems to happen. I contacted them and they sent me a few things to do to my computer but it didn't work. I finally gave up but my 10 free dollars is just sitting there waiting for me to win BIG.
