    Angry Mansion Casino

I dont know if many of you play here or not but i have been for a few months now as i found they pay so much faster than most other playtech casinos as in under 24 hrs to an ewallet rather than 4-7 days....

Well they upgraded the casino yesterday and i just got an email to tell me the changes..

    We Have Upgraded!

    Dear xxxxxx,

We've made our cashier system simpler, so there's no longer any need to transfer funds between wallets. Any deposit you make at MANSIONCASINO will now go directly into your casino account.

All existing funds in your Mansion wallet have now been moved straight to the new casino cashier. Log in to the casino as usual and use your funds to play any of our fantastic games.

    Our new Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawal requests are now subject to a processing time of 96 hours which means you have more control over your money. During this period you can cancel your withdrawal without any processing charges. Also, this pending period shortens as you become a VIP member! For more information, click HERE
I then clicked for more info and it doesn't have any more info then what was in the email whatsoever.

    MANSION Withdrawal Policy

The MANSION Withdrawal Policy provides for the provision of identification and documentation in order to verify the age of customers and to protect both MANSION and its valued customers from Internet-based fraud. Please be advised that withdrawals take 96 hours to process.
So by doing this i have more control over my money...lol yes i can control myself not to deposit there anymore.

I am so bewildered when i see a casino try to put a spin on withdrawal times and claim that we as the players want that reversal button and we want it for 4 days
If we as the players got what we wanted, there would be no pending period and all casinos would have instant withdrawals.
The only pending periods are PRO casino and CON the customer...into blowing all their winnings because they cant wait 4 days.

Money is tight at the moment and a lot of you are probably in the same boat as me. When i win something, i like to use that money to keep playing at various casinos rather than depositing money from my pocket that should probably be going to better use.

I only play at casinos that will flush and pay in 24hrs or less now because i have have little self control and patience when i am broke and have a withdrawal pending.
It makes me feel sick to the stomach when i have one pending at a casino that takes longer to pay and they wont flush so i reverse it and then of course lose it all.
After that, i not only am peeved at myself but also at the casino that had me in that situation so i usually end up not playing there again.... not just for the long withdrawal time but the bad memories of money lost down the drain lol.

I wish they would wake up to the fact they are losing players because they are getting too money hungry as its hard enough to even make a withdrawal because the slots are so tight everywhere now...but to make it even harder for people to withdraw is wrong IMO.

I would rather lose my money at a casino that doesn't go back in time like this...How they can call this an upgrade is beyond me

I had a bad experience with the poker site, trying to get my withdrawal. I believe I posted a forum note on this site some time ago. Once bitten twice shy.

I'm a VIP here, always getting VIP offers & in touch with their last VIP mgr, and was always paid in about 48hrs (to neteller). I submitted a withdrawal request when these changes came in, a week ago now - and heard nor received nothing.

True! I have lost over 5K many times this way, and the mere reason you don't have instant cahout is mainly why I cannot play online anymore. With instand withdrawal it would work - but when you need to wait a week for your money, while they take my money same second - the win needs to be pretty good for me to have hanging for a few days. Hence - I never get to cash out since I get to greedy, hence - I stop depositing large amounts!

We also know that reputable casinoes look at this tactic as con-tactics, read my posts and comment in the how to get €30.000 free money thread. So we already know that large processing time is nothing less than cowboy tactics to let the adicted players waste it all!

So yes - I hope they bleed players by this, but ironically they will milk existing customers much more now since most players will reverse during this period - it's that simple! We gambling addicts simply can't wait for 4 days, we start crawling the walls, just a few more spins, just reverse a little, a little more - DAMN - I lost it all! Wee... New pending period complete!

Find another casino - and judge them by pending time, that is my advice!

Honestly 4 days. This seems to me that this casino is running short of money. The minimum bet on their blackjack tables are £12.50.

Or... Their investors spent a little to much and lost a fortune in the stock marked... Plausible, however highly specualtive based on no facts so pointless argument.

It is a move to get more money, that's for sure, excact reason why would be hard to know without more info. If people were winning on BJ they would lower the max bet, increasing the lower bet really tells it's story,
