OB, I am having deja vu as to something similiar you posted awhile back and when I inquired you assured me it was not one of the Big Boy's which if the they all keep falling like flies , I'll just be able to soon say Bank of America as no JP Morgan down yonder, lol!!!! Just want to be sure if I am having deja vu it was not one of the larger banks although that may have been a different situation as here you just mention "bounce"???

I know that ewallets are expensive and a pain the A** but they are the way to go to avoid bounced checks. At least, IF is gets to a webwallet, the money is good.

I received a check back in Jan. from Casino Grandbay and was so scared it wouldn't cash but it did. Had to go to a check cashing joint though.

    Hope you get it paid.

Why did you go to a check cashing place? Because you were nervous? Or did your bank not want to cash it? You can PM me if this is better kept private.
    Thanks, Debra

Because when I got the check it was close to when UIGEA was happening and I wasn't sure that a bank would cash it. I was using a big name bank and they had put out that they were looking at international checks. This was on a bank in Canada. The check cashing place called and verified and I got my money.

I don't like the banks nosing in my business.

It is really not wise to use a household checking account for online purchases, ewallets or ACH transfers, gambling or otherwise.

Get a separate account. A new bank branch opened nearby so I called them. They told me it only costs $10 bucks to open the account.
