Just got this offer in my email as well. While I know you wouldnt take up this offer anyway, let me reiterate that they remain the worst rogues in the business. After a deposit made with them several years ago (lost all btw) they kept sending me free chips. OK, I played one of them recently and managed a cashout of $200. I knew they wouldnt honour it but went to the cashier anyway. They registered my withdrawal and guess what, I was not able to log in again. They didnt say the account was locked, it's just that whenever I try to log in nothing happens. So now, it seems that RTG has another function where you try to log in but it makes it seem that there is something wrong with your computer and nothing happens on the screen at all.

    No thanks "Mr DiAngelo"

I got almost the same email as well but this one was for a $100 free chip too.
After seeing these turd talking turkeys on the rogue list when i first found out about this site (CM), it wasn't a shock.

I had nothing but bad experiences with these guys. Geez i wish i knew what the heck a rogue casino was and that they existed when i first started gambling online.... so much money wasted.

It makes me feel so stupid to think that i trusted alot of casinos that are now rouged here all because i knew very little about the internet and was naive enough to think if something did happen well there would have to be laws against it or what not...errr um doh! Not armed with enough information was a costly mistake that i never plan on making again.

The email is a little fishy too as it says 'VIP Lounge Casino' which i had the account with but then further down it says " Forgot your CoolCat Username?".... Never had a CoolCat account!

Well anyway they can take the chip dig a hole and bury it. On second thought...make that hole a bit bigger lol.

When I got home from vacation I got the same message from the same Christopher DeAngelo only he said Club Player, not VIP lounge. I usually just hang up on them but my phone message system makes you listen to the whole message before you can erase it.

I signed up a long time ago (before all of this) played twice and closed my account and they keep calling every week and I keep hanging up every week.I told them not to call and they still do

Looks like they have TAMPERED with the RTG software to generate the impression of an internet connection failure. Normally, you would get a message to contact support, mentioning an error with the account. This looks like they have added IP or MAC blocking on their servers so that they can block certain players from the casino, but without having to let on that they are locked out. They can then offer to "resolve" the issue by telling the player to try a different casino. Once they win, they can refuse payment by claiming a locked account at a sister casino.

There must be other tamperings that have gone on in the past, where they have been able to use NON-RTG sanctioned functions, such as wiping out a player's transaction history to remove evidence that is being used to back up a complaint. This is NOT an "RTG function", but it seems that operators have undue access to the gaming servers, and may be able to tamper with RTG software beyond the confines that have been revealed to the forum thus far (e.g. slots between 93% and 97% etc..).

    As for:-

We now have NEW GAMES, NEW STAFF, and a BRAND NEW PAYOUT TEAM!
