    Hi all


    almost a complaint

    after being on hold for an hour and then someone answering and hanging up straight away,i am in need of answers

    Of course hit a lucky streak and looked to cash out.First the withdraw screen says i only have to options check or usemywallet(which i do not use)

    i go to live chat and after 20 minutes there this person finally realizes i am canadian and not u.s and advises me to re install casino and press the u.k flag before install

    One problem is that everytime i try and install now i get runtime error and it will not install,i try flash casino and it also thinks i am in the us


    my address on the deposit screen is canada but somehow they think it is u.s when i withdraw

    I would accept the check withdraw but in the address screen i cannot put the province or country as it has u.s and i cannot change it

    any input would be great

    Dirky: What i would suggest is for you to completely remove the current casino software that you have on your computer's program files and download a fresh version of thte casino.
    Dirky: I would also suggest ensuring that you click on the UK flag before downloading,
    Dirky: as you, a Canadian player, should have the same withdrawal options as UK players

    Did you try to "remove" or "uninstall" the program first and then reinstall it as a canadian player? You have to go to your control panel-add/remove programs- then removed it and reinstall it! (that's all I can think of). sorry I am not of more help!

    Canadian here also i tried to log into website was going to download casino
    and see if i could find any info for you. But their website is down right now.
    I will try again for you.

    i did uninstall and try to reinstall but as "laura" said there whole site is down right now.

    Mybe they will try and use that to void my wins

    and the live help is absouloutley the worst i have ever seen

    and of course 1 hour on hold the second time through the phone and i hung up


    maybe we will see if they ar doing a midnite move and stealing everyones money

    are they there own group?and do they even have a rep here?

    I tried again but im a little worried at the page it took me to.

    I think the site is having problems at the moment becasue I got it up ok at first but download failed and then the site was down.
    From what you have said so far I don't think they are making excuses to steal your money.
    They are an MG and have been around for a good while so chances are you will get paid.
    Stick with it and hopefully when you reinstall all will be well.

    Looks like a step in the right direction for you. I finally got into their home page
    now the problem lays with reading any other info from their website. All i get is the same error message and i still cant download the casino. Seeing as this happened over the weekend lets hope their techs have the bug fixed.

    What about the "world class service" then

    The player was put on hold for AN HOUR, and then disconnected!!!

    Live chat were next to useless, and even gave DANGEROUS advice on clicking the UK Flag. This leads to UK Pounds being promoted, and we all know what happens when players NOT from the UK use the UK Pound, EVEN WITHOUT A BONUS!!!!

    Downloading a UK version will allow registration in UK pounds, even though it should also show all the withdrawal options.

    The rules for paying US players also seem at odds with UIGEA, surely it is withdrawals OVER $3000 that cause problems, because of their size, yet these are the ONLY ones that can be wired to the player's bank, where they are sure to be noticed

    Canadian players should use the CANADIAN dollar (or risk "wrong currency" difficulties with the terms and conditions), and maybe this player has used the US Dollar, clicking the US flag or accepting it as default, resulting in them getting the US configured version of the software.

    The live chat rep seems to have done as little as possible, and this is where the issue should have been resolved properly, and not by suggesting the player attempts to circumvent the software configurations by pretending to be a UK player.

    The account details posted are missing a digit, but should ideally be missing ALL of them given that this is viewable to the public. A moderator should be asked to remove the account digits and place "****" there.
