I would like to say also that Mario was a great help on this issue.

It is really to bad though that problems like this need to be dealt with by coming on here and searching out casino rep's.I appologize for "going off" on the c.s.r on my third live chat , but after being hung up on after an hour on hold and the first and second live chat's went no where i was a little flustered

I hope evrrything works out for your c.s.r's
