Hi,
I have just deposited at this casino and my money has not shown up in my account. They have no live chat avail and no phone numbers on their site and to be honest I am pretty annoyed. They have a rather unusual system for a Microgaming casino. Firstly, the deposit goes into your general purse, you then have to execute a transfer to place it either into the poker room, or the casino.

Purple Lounge is a combination of casino and poker, and operates more like a sportsbook site rather than a straight forward casino.

Withdrawal is similarly confusing. Withdrawing from the casino simply places the money back into the purse, you then have to withdraw from this purse back to your chosen method (usually the deposit method).

Purple Lounge are fast payers though, provided all terms are met.
