Agreed, I should have been more specific. I meant to say, at this point, you may want to withhold private correspondence between you and the casino until resolved.

I wish I could say I agree with that. However, from what I understand this thread is being monitored word for word by the one who is "supposed to help resolve" this issue. And with that being said, I do want to let him know that email addy #2 was also returned.

So, in public I would like to ask that he either PM myself or Lauram with a valid email address. I myself have learned in the past (from this casino in particular) not to have any phone conversations with them. In the past all the screen shots of transactions and all the documented conversations couldn't get me paid. And personally I don't blame LJ for not wanting to call them herself at this point. but yes... she did the right thing. and No I haven't had any offers put on the table for me. yet. (I do hope for one) but I know this group better than that and I hope they don't drag it out as I am feeling as if false hopes were already given.
So IF this person who is supposed to resolve this IS reading this thread please PM either Lauriejim or myself. that would be the first step in resolving this issue IF you do want to resolve it.

Employees extort money from players.

Uses the phrase "under new management" often to give the appearance of becoming legitimate.

Are located in Costa Rica where there is no oversight or regulation.

Mislead and/or abuse their affiliates.

Refuse to pay out valid wins.

im feeling pretty low now, just had a email from james(octavio) he has lost his job and they fired him, my beef was with dean and the casino upper management and owner about how they jerk people around, i forwarded the email to babs, kakata, bingot and j todd as proof, he disputes what i had said and i was even reminded that tomorrow is 9/11 and what i did to him was an act of terrorism.i had asked this roger not to fire octavio as the management knew all about this and it should have been them that got fired, look all i wanted is mystics money paid to her, they cant fire dean as he quit or was fired or andre as he skipped off with another mgr. and got married.i didnt know trying to right a wrong would be so painful and so hurtful to others including myself, shoulda maybe kept it all to myself after all, i didnt want to hurt everyone, just those responsable for the lying and cheating that has gone on so long at poc and to those players affected, being too kind hearted has been my biggest flaw imo, need to get more cynical and hateful and vindictive as person to fit in with the rest of the world but that wouldnt be me..............laurie

My belief theres more casinos then just that. Example with Ultimate Bet/AB "new management" "extort money from players"...on and on. I am sure there is many more that haven't been brought out.
I have come to the terms that any where I put my money online at any casino...its a big "GAMBLE"....I gamble that its a legimate casino...that I may win(but lately thats few and far between)...I might get paid if I do win(without having to go through loops)...and if any of those happen...its been a Damn Good Day! Unfortuately lately as you can see by many posts that "Good Days" don't come very often anymore.

why are you so much worried about theyr(casino club) comments and those e-mail, which were constructed for the case??
They are what they are and you are what you are....a lady.
(a gambler lady tho)....and cause you are a gambler lady you are forgiven(IMHO) for what you and many of us did at least once in life....I did it.
Gambling is an ugly beast.
You dont need to prove anything....., not to me anyway,,they should, but they wont.
Theyr story tells me all.
Ive been there too and after only 1 deposit I could see what they were made of.
As Ive already said they keep calling me on a weekly basis....sometimes twice.

Not your fault Laurie!...as you only shared the truth. To be used as you were and have kept silent about it so long speaks volumes in itself about you. Bodies had to hit the floor on this one as it came to light, and you have no control over that. Obviously that place is nothing but a beehive of illegal activity and now that it's been exposed, someone has to take the fall for it. Too bad some innocents got caught up in the trap. If I've ever seen a thread powerful enough to bring a casino to its knees in all my years at Meister's, this is definitely the one. Don't feel guilty because they no doubt had it coming to them.
