well they say to rid yourself of guilt will make one feel better, we are gonna find out now!!! i used to play at palace of chance long before i was a regular on casinomeister and i spent many many thousands of dollars there, enough to buy a home with(small). where to start hum? i won alot of money back last year when dean was manager and i kept getting jerked around left and right, some money did come in after christmas but out of that i had to send dean 500.00 for helping me get paid faster, i also sent an employee there 500.00 so that he could go home and also 250.00 more for medication, im too friggin kind hearted.i also was told a secret and had to promise not to tell(breaking promise, something i dont do) mysticjoz you know that jackpot you won, well you did win it fairly but they didnt want to pay cause you won on a 20.00 deposit..i am no longer v.i.p there and had them close all my accounts even though i do get a 500.00 free chip a month 10x playthru 1 times max cashout, got bored today and have they changed the rules lol, its not worth the 500.00 a month to keep all that inside. i will say that cindy is a sweet person and i mean her no ill will but to many lies to many secrets and i feel so much better now, hope you guys will forgive me for holding in all this info........please for the sake of your sanity and money do not play at any of those casinos, close out your accounts and fast, just as i have done.....another bridge burnt behind me.......................and if that person i sent that money to is reading and they do read this forum, i want my 750.00 back ,i dont really expect to get it back, just a life lesson learned the hard way.............laurie(a soul cleansed)

I played at cirrus before I found this forum, I remember having a huge argument with this christine over winnings not paid. That was before the US ban.

I think the random thing is separate issue as with the payouts and we should keep other RTG casinos out of this.

We have seperate threads that deal with those issues and given the seriousness of this I think we should keep the subject to Palace of chance and RTG's response.

I searched on the internet and found casinomeister for the first time that way. I have never used another casino that is not accredited here. And since then have had no major problems.
Palace of Chance refused to pay me a progressive jp. I had met playthrough and cashed it out. Had kept back some to play with. Because after requesting payout and playing email games with them for a week, I played something that was not allowed WITH THE MONEY I HAD KEPT BACK FROM MY PAYOUT. MY WINNINGS,,, ALL CONDITIONS MET. SUPPOSEDLY JUST A DOCUMENT PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY SUPPOSEDLY COULDNT READ THE DOCS I KEPT FAXING. So after a week of waiting, I played something different and then they refused to pay me. they returned my deposits when I told them I was going to post on the Internet what a ripoff they were. That is so sick and horrible that you had to find out how dirty this business can be the hard way.
I think very few people go to the trouble of thoroughly checking a place out the first time they gamble, they just assume they are not crooked, that is how these bottom feeders stay business.

First person I thought of when I read Integrity's non-sense, maybe or maybe not for the same reasons as you.....You did not have to listen to her constant defense of Virtual and insinuations that you, the late Landair (RIP), and yes this forum had it all wrong.

This was determined long ago, but she resigned herself to the fact that this rogue group had screwed her over royally, and would not pay whatever the evidence. Now, a couple of years later, we have some considerable leverage, and should take full advantage of it before this "new manager" gets fired for being so "helpful".

They may well believe that if the big gambling press got hold of this, and with PROOF, they would be finished! This is the leverage that needs to be used, they will be backed into a corner, and will have to right the wrongs, and produce a whitewash along the lines of "the staff responsible have been fired, and new management will ensure nothing like this can EVER happen again......... etc.... BS..... Whitewash".

Such a statement will, of course, be complete and total bullshite, and after the fuss dies down I am sure they will reintroduce their usual tricks, but be far more careful about leaving "proof" in the hands of players.

Irreperable damage will be done to RTG though if this story becomes proven, and RTG will probably find it in their best interests to ditch this entire group, even though they are by far their biggest customer. The story should receive the widest possible circulation among the player, and potential player, communities for their own protection. If virtual go bust because of this (with any luck), they will take a great deal of unsuspecting player's funds with them.

There is still some doubt as to whether they are behind the old "Crystal Palace" rebranded casinos, and these should also be avoided as if they are Virtual until evidence to the contrary appears.

First person I thought of when I read Integrity's non-sense, maybe or maybe not for the same reasons as you.....You did not have to listen to her constant defense of Virtual and insinuations that you, the late Landair (RIP), and yes this forum had it all wrong.

Personally, my only take was I do not care where anyone plays but how could there be so many complaints yet they choose to pay Laurie always as she claimed (installments were mentioned) but if so fine. Crop the screenshots,whatever. She once even asked me to print and for logistical reasons partially fill out a Club Player faxback form for her (FTR, I did not know Club Player from Congressional Country Club until that time).

She stood by Virtual for months and to her credit in a strange way, she made mention of it on this forum.....Then, my entire perspective changed when I asked Laurie, when and if (like it was rocket science but still hypothetically at the time), you do just happen to get screwed over at some point after all your adamant defending of Virtual and implications of even a forum conspiracy against Virtual, do you have a right to complain about Virtual???? I was shocked based on circumstance at the time when she answered (paraphrasing), if they don't pay me, I will!! Sorry, wrong answer at least for me and I told her such!

This thread is not just about dirt on Virtual imo as that is and has been all over the Net. Rob, you said it, "follow the money". And if it is about Laurie's philanthropy, one should know that imo Tennessee has a new strange definition of philanthropy as this thread reminded me of a July 2008 excerpt from TENNESEAN.COM:

A 41-year-old bankrupt stockbroker tried to commit suicide this week amid mounting questions about the whereabouts of millions of dollars taken from investors, many of them wooed at the exclusive Governors Club in Brentwood.

Most of the questions have yet to be answered by Brentwood stockbroker Michael Jinyong Park, who was in a hospital Wednesday with self-inflicted knife wounds to his wrist and a stab wound to his abdomen, Metro police said.


Park sent some of his investors a letter last week saying their account with Park Capital Management Group "has no current liquid value."

What investors do know is that Park seemed a smart, successful stockbroker who drove around in a Mercedes and a Porsche and who offered, in many cases, as much as a 20 percent annual return during a time when the stock market was sinking.

"He seemed to have an answer for everything,'' said Michael Siriyutwatana, a 37-year-old who invested his retirement account with Park. "All of this has happened so fast. The case recalls last summer's investment scandal, when Murfreesboro philanthropist Robert W. McLean committed suicide after investors claimed his Ponzi scheme had robbed them of close to $50 million. That case still is winding its way through the federal bankruptcy system.

yes garry, you do know alot of personal things about me that are private and if i recall it was i that asked along time ago if i should say something about poc and you said no, you would lose your credibility, as far as the club player fax back form, i thought it was club world or another casino, could be wrong though, it sure wouldnt be the first time,i have lost that on here(respect) and thats the price i must pay now, i did say as long as they pay me but that goes for all casinos, i even have that on my profile page, when you think that some people are your friends and promise that they are going to take such good care of you as a player and then you see how they have treated other people it does make one sick, i told you along time ago im not good at debating, never have and never will, ill leave that up to the better ones that are great at that. those big screen shots, yes they were at poc and most people who know me well enough know that, i never made a secret that i used to play there, i even had it listed as my favorite casino on the profile page at one time.i should have done something from the get go and didnt, i wil always regret that mousey, all i can do is ask for forgivness and move ahead and try now to do the right thing. i am truly sorry to all.........laurie

I, too, have really been bothered about this.

I guess my problem has to do with the issue of knowing that one player got screwed out of money that was due her and not saying anything until you are the one getting screwed. Just doesn't sit well with me, especially since I do know of Mystic's health issues and the she could have been paid if Lauri had just stepped up and told what she knew then. If you see someone getting robbed, isn't it your responsibility to tell the police? Just because you didn't get robbed, doesn't lessen your responsibility to do the right thing.

All I have to say now is that I hope everyone does the right thing and above all else, Mystic gets paid.

I as a player would never make a "Secret" with a casino if I knew they was screwing a player outta true winnings 5K to 6K is not small change

I am wondering tooo you say "they changed the rules" is this why you decided to "cleanse your soul" I just don't understand the reasoning behind this post

nope cindy, the v.i.p 500.00 lifetime free chip wasnt hush money, i was told that about mystics win and had to promise not to say anything after i kept hounding dean about it, he said she had won on a 20.00 deposit but had several free chips before that and that he wasnt going to pay her as it was a 20.00 deposit, just like i told roger on the phone last night when he called, should i have come forward sooner? yes and i regret not doing so, now all i want to do is help get mystic her money back she won fair and square by bringing this out in the open, she would not have gotten it before thru p.a.b and we all know that, now the new management to save face must do the right thing and pay her, and the 500.00 free chip is kinda hard to play anymore when you have closed your accounts, so thats not the issue at hand, its holding this company responsable for screwing so many people around and now that my proof is in hand and they want to save what face they still may have, they need to pay mystic and all that have been screwed over by them.................laurie

mystic would not have gotten paid if i had said something earlier, mystics health has been on my mind and my guilt just overwhelming, i am not one for speaking up or stiring stuff up, yesterday was just my breaking point, its been building up along time and with mystics health, i had to let go and speak out.im sorry mystic and everyone else, and yes my soul does feel much better and will feel much better when she has her money and they are suffering bizz. losses, big time................laurie

It takes a true hearted person to be able to come onto this forum and in front of hundreds (if not thousands) of members ADMIT this AND ask this rogue casino to right a wrong! I truly give you so much credit for this alone! I think what may have had you hesitating about letting anyone here know about this dirtly little secret is the repercussions you are starting to see by some members. I appologize myself for them. There is no reason for anyone to be mad at you. You asked my forgiveness. YES of course I forgive you. Money does some strange things to people. They turn vicious... angry.. for gods sake I just told my ex (who is absolutely consumed with money) that "i can't pay anyone to give me back my legs or fix my back.. All the money in the world can't fix it! that is reality!" and it is reality, my reality. But I deal with it.

I am in total shock over this whole thread right now, so this first post will probably be short while I absorb all that I just read.

Vinylweatherman.. thank you. You did all that work and did all those numbers to find out that yes.. my deposits did exceed my "free chips".. You knew all along that I was telling the truth as did my true friends whom I always hold close to my heart.

I am a bit disappointed at some of you right now. You are on the attack and shouldn't be. LaurieJim is starting a new chapter in her life right now! Give her the pat on the back she needs! This is not about "my winnings" right now, this is about letting her know she did the right thing! I don't care if it took her a year or 5 years! She did it NOW and that is ALL that matters to me.

So.. while I sit back.. have a cigarette and re-read this thread again, I ask you guys to all be patient with me but also, please give her the respect she deserves! She is righting a wrong. regardless of "why".. in the end she is doing the right thing.
