Seems to me there is a very fine line to be trod on a public forum between open criticism and outright abuse but the last thing a REP should be able to use as an excuse to not respond to peoples genuine concerns is that they don't want their feelings hurt

I think all the people who have been ripped off by this outfit are a little more upset than any Rep ever will be.

Do you really think any Rep worth their salt would sit back while their business was being accused of corruption and scandal if there was no truth in the allegations no matter how their prissy little ears were offended by the odd scurrilous remark.

Just my $0.02 but I don't see a lot of folks getting "crucified" here at CM.

Some get a bit of a rough ride of it now and again, true, but that's usually because there are folks out there who have real beefs and they aren't a cake-walk to deal with. That's not crucifixion that's just what happens when you shit on people and they have a chance to fight back little.

BB runs a pretty clean shop if you ask me: things that start getting out of hand are usually brought to heel pretty quickly.

So methinks the "I don't post there" defense is a little suspect ... and so very, very convenient.

As far as Laurie, I can not let all the truth be known, I can not flame, etc. on this forum as there are forum rules I should comply with as well as US laws that I have to comply with.....I can ask questions (with a some side comments) and after a couple emails and a PM or two from other members, I have decided I will ask some questions as I some are obviously refraining from posting their opinions and/or questions fearing the wraths of________!!!.....

Laurie states her agenda which forum rules do not allow me to totally comment on. This post, as of now, is not personal other than I have stated Laurie and I (afaik) have major moral and philosophical issues which are somewhat business related and unfortunately intensified on this forum as I perceive "double standards" at play! An uncomfortable situation that most may not realize why but it is what is and just because one is online will not allow my morals, ethics, and principals to simply be ignored as some believe they should be......Blame me if you wish but Laurie could have ceased posting also and probably only she and I know why that may have been the wise to do!!

Laurie, first question, did you indirectly promote the Virtual group (I have no reason at this time to believe,imply or make reference to the term "promoting" meaning for your own financial gain) in a sense and make the statement(s) that the powers that be of this forum as well as some members of this forum were not telling the truth about the Virtual group????

Next, did you ever mention prior to this thread and/or refer to Virtual employees as your friends as well as state you were privy to Virtual information through your various friends at Virtual. Was it not someone from Virtual that assured that Nitromixer was 100% legimate as an example????

Next, did a well known member of this forum state iirc in a posted SS or maybe just in a thread, after winning as what I can reasonably assume to be at a Virtual casino, (paraphrasing) that you had assured the winner or maybe just implied that they would be paid and that Cindy always paid you??

Next, nice thread in the attic on 911. That said, did you continue to patonize Virtual after the despicable 911 promo which even won a CM 2007 award with a heartfelt commentary by CM. Did you in any sense whatsoever try to spin Danny's behavior as some type of misunderstanding and you had talked to whomever, maybe it was that Cindy or one of the others you mentioned, and this forum had it all wrong??? If you remember, it was I (as others wanted to I was assured) who went head to head with HGB on his despicable post in regards to 911 in WC's. By no means I am implying that you do not feel as strong as I do about that day. I will let you answer before I decide if there may be other implications!!

Next, did J. Todd contact you or did you contact J. Todd initially (and if so when) on account of the guilt you refer to in order to exposing this so called new revelation which I am obviously yet to understand what is so revealing??? Simply Standard Operating Procedure based on the numerous threads I have read in the past on Virtual?? I thought it was just me and a couple others missing something but if I understood CM's post, nothing about Virtual including the alledged kickbacks and/or for whatever reason MJ was not paid is news. I could have sworn I saw this group on the rogue list and referred to as nothing but Costa Rican "clipjoints" moreso than I care to remember!! You can help me understand perhaps but your call!!

Next, how were these alleged kicksbacks paid and do you have anything evident of how???

Next, if this simply is about MJ being paid why is it necessary for you or others on your behalf to remain in contact with J.Todd.??? CM stated, iirc, he would contact the Rep. for MJ, did he not???????......SIDENOTE: Yes, it would be nice if MJ got paid as iirc she did mention in her initial threads that she wished she had found this site prior to patronizing as well as not being paid by Virtual/POC which is 100% contrary to your situation. Laurie, you made a choice and more, you were warned both on and off the forum not that it mattered to you nor I until you claim you were not paid. Then, it mattered to you and now I also but I suspect for totally different reasons...... ((If Mystic is paid, I then would pray that this is not a designed and disguised scheme by Virtual et al to create an immediate false trust and thus new business where history will repeat itself----You know what I am not praying as Virtual are crooks and always will be crooks)).

I have other questions but they may not be necessary based on your replies to the above questions. Of course, I understand it your right to not reply but based on your prior and on-going posts, I would hope you would.

i had the whole thing answered but decided i will not get into a bitching match with garry on this issue as he has a personal agenda against me but will talk freely by cell or email on the subject with any one else, its not about me, its trying to get mystic whats due her and with hope maybe alot of other folks, and exposing this group, this should be used as counter productive like c/m said and not vice/ versa...........................laurie
