With all the lies coming from this casino, I would not be so sure it really happened. I am more inclined to think that it is just a new lie, construed to make you feel guilty... while in fact you must be PROUD of yourself!

The tactics used by POC and a batch of crap RTG casinos do not surprise me as I have played with them in the early days where there was a Safebet seal for accredited RTGs (which was a scam). In the handle of Phynqster, Virtualted who used to be the manager of Virtual, also made some astonishing revelations as to how things work at Virtual and the tactics they employed were similar as POC.

We all know these are shitty establishments but the crunch comes as to how we can cut off their life-support ie new customers and repeat customers. Many in the former group dont even bother making a google search before departing with their hard-earned cash. They only learn the hard truth when initiating a withdrawal but there are so many of them out there and the supply of new customers who are enticed by mammoth bonuses is endless. As for repeat customers, I am inclined to think these rogues set a ratio of cashouts to deposits in the hope for repeated business. Why deny a $500 cashout when the player has already made $3000 in deposits and a huge probability of more to come. While I am full of praise for Laurie for revealing these to us, the bigger problem is how to reach out to a wider audience to let them know they are entering a lion's lair and will be fully devoured before they realise it.

Just to step in for a bit. I would like to get this thread back on track. Even though the OP has been apparently wronged by this casino, I don't want this thread to spiral into a slam fest that goes nowhere. This can be counter-productive toward any future discussions. The entire Virtual Group is in the rogue pit - and has been the forefront of a number of high trafficked exposes. What more do you need? Talk of mafioso fingernail pulling is really unnecessary, okay?

If I remember correctly, mysticjo violated the terms and conditions somehow, and this was the reason for not being paid. Regardless, I'll contact the new affiliate manager to look into this - I have all of the original correspondence so no worries on sending me anything.

the person that called me from poc was a guy named roger c/m, he was very pleasant and seemed to want to make changes and do the right thing and was floored about the whole deal, he had given me his email addy, which i must have written down wrong as i was in shock myself, that he indeed had called and wanted to work al these matters out and he said he didnt doubt what i was saying at all and believed me, i agree with you this thread could be counter productive and should be used to its full advantage to help others who are owed money..........................laurie

Once you closed your account with them, they no longer fall under the "consumer/business" relationship
