Am I allowed to be annoyed for this?

    Hi all.

    Cut it short.

Asked for Neteller to withdraw £540 to my bank account.

Charging me a fiver for the privilege.

Withdrawl shows as Pending, I wished to cancel it.

    Heres what I got.

Angelica: Unfortunately we cannot cancel any transactions.
luke : why, its still pending and it says under my recent transactions it says there should be a tab to click to cancel
Angelica: It still pending because it hasn't gone through but we cannot cancel it.
    luke : for what reason?
Angelica: Because we are unable to.
luke : well if it hasnt gone through your system then you should be able to. ive trusted neteller with MY money and I wish to cancel the withdrawl if you wish to continue to have my business
luke l: if not then ill be happy to make this refusal public "because we cant" is an awful excuse
    Angelica: Please hold one moment.
    luke: ok
Angelica: We do not want to lose your business but unfortunately we cannot canvel the transaction.
luke : well I dont feel that i have recieved a real justification as to why it cant be cancelled so I think once this withdrawl has taken place I will be in touch to close my account
    Angelica: That is your decision.
Angelica: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
    luke : nope

Now, I ask this. am I within MY rights to request what I want with MY money? If there is an advertised option on the Neteller site offering being able to cancel MY withdrawl should it not be honoured?

Those clowns at Neteller are more than happy to take your money but in giving it back its like getting blood from a stone. W

Well the good news for me is living in the happiness that is the UK we can gamble as we please, therefore I have numerous options in which to deposit and ALL of the UK/Channel Island based casinos are more than happy to put money straight back onto my debit card now that 3dice is happy to do the same I feel no need to use these morons to tell ME what I can do with MY money.

any suggestions on what I can do please team?

    Thanks in advance as always

Unless I'm mistaken, this has ALWAYS been their policy.

Even though it shows up as Pending, it may already be in the bank's hands at this point; in which they have no way of canceling it.....or even if they could cancel it, they would be charged, I'm sure.

If its been processed I can respect that but in the second line of the conversation she tells me that it HAS NOT yet been processed, and why does it advertise in the account settings that you can cancel a pending withdrawl when you cant?

The lack of justification really annoys me, the attitude of the assisstant was disgusting, as I said I have more than enough options for withdrawls for UK based casinos and also 3dice which I play alot so its just sad that my options for many US$ based casinos are now limited unless I want to wait weeks for a cheque, not knocking thier methods but thats not really a viable option for me.

Oops, forgot to address your question:

Of course you have the right to be annoyed

I went through the same sh!t with Paypal last year when I tried to cancel an ACH withdrawal. I went online the next day and asked to cancel it and they basically gave me the same runaround.
