has anyone noticed this, in the casino promo page on a 100% bonus it says,

unless otherwise stated 1 credit wagered in a game counts as 1 credit towards playthrough requirements

the other day i took a bonus and it had a 12x WR, so i had to wager about $1500 i was playing for ages and got the comp points up to over 3000, so i must have wagered over $3000
i then checked the cashier but it said the WR had not been met,

i emailed support and was told that slots have a comp value of 1 credit wagered = 3 in comp points

i have checked all over there site and cant find this anywhere, unless im going blind

all it says is

it says nothing about the value of comp points on there site,does this sound right or are they just making it up as they go along

This is correct, the higher up the VIP ladder you go the more you get, for instance I get 6pts for each dollar at Paradise 8 and 3 I think at Cocoa.
