I believe the position is that you can play in the one for your own country of residence, plus the generic US$ version. They DO frown upon players who try to play the bonuses at the country specific versions that are not intended for their own country.
While they should be OK with playing at the UK country specific and US$ generic, they would probably object if you then proceeded to register a third time at the German one and started playing the bonuses. Their reaction would most likey be a bonus ban at ALL the brands, or allowing them at only one. Keeping at just the two at most should be OK, however you should play at the UK one for a while first as a regular player, and not simply do the UK sign-up bonus, and then go and do the US$ sign-up bonus. They might see this as an intent to run through all their brands just for the SUB, and stop you before you get to the third one, and cut you off from the first two as well.
With the US$ version no longer available to US players, they may take a less relaxed attitude now than in the past. They DO allow multiple accounts, however only ONE of these accounts is supposed to be receiving bonuses, so strictly speaking, playing bonuses at both UK and US$ is a waiver granted to what they feel are loyal players (or players who have simply not drawn attention to themselves through being too greedy), and they can choose to enforce the rule if they feel they are being bonus hunted.
