    Rushmore lag

    Since Rushmore "updated" Yesterday all the games lag like hell?
    Is it the same for everyone else?
    I can not see what the update was for either, no new games and everything looks the same

    How odd. CW updated last night too and the games there were sorta odd acting. Not really lagging but kinda.

    It is like the reels are doing an extra revolution at least the effect looks like lag but I don't know if that is what it is.
    I will try a reinstall before my next deposit and see if that helps.
    Just coincidence I am sure but the honeymoon is over for me with my last Five sets of free spins paying

    Wait until you try and get paid, no email ruturns, problems with documents, and thats after I lost 150,000.00 to them in a few months time and I was only trying to cash out only 4,000.00..As far as "updating" my plays never changed as far as that..Good Luck to you

    yeah after being told 3 different ways of getting my payout i'm still waiting to get paid. i'm beginning to wonder if i'll ever see my money

    OK Rusty, I just went in to Rushmore in playmoney mode. The spins are really jerking. Don't know why. Is that what is happening to you?

    That sounds bad I had no trouble at all cashing out though admittedly for a smallish sum.
    I do know they had limited cashier options and this created a backlog of players waiting to be paid recently, could this be the problem?
    There are freephone numbers and Jade is the Rep here at Casinomeister and she has responded to all my questions in quick time.
    If you have not received your money yet perhaps you could pm Her.
    If that does not work then you should PAB

    That will do it - remember the old Micrgaming casinos that would download in the background for hours while you were trying to play. It was the same, jerky spins, freezes, etc. Since RTG casinos only download games on request, I can only assume this is a major update of EXISTING games, and the games that are already downloaded by request are being given their updates. Might be worth a look at some of the paytables of the card games to see if any changes have been made. RTG casinos can change game RTP, and this is most obvious on the tables and Video Poker machines, as it is achieved through paytable adjustments.

    Quite, but why the big update when no new games have appeared?

    Most RTG updates are minor, you get a message that a new lobby update is available, the casino relaunches, and you are done. I am worried that games may have been changed in this update, and given what is known about RTG, it is possible that RTP changes have been made to help some casinos make more money. They may even have been INCREASED because they are losing players because of all the posts about them having tightened up recently.
