Good Morning,

I was hoping someone may be able to help me please. I have been extremely lucky today and turned a 15 dollar free chip into 1000 dollars. Unfortunatly the free chip is 5 times max cashout, if I try to withdraw will I lose this money? Should I play down to the max cashout and then withdraw? Any thoughts would be appreciated as I have never won from a free chip before and I am a bit confused.

Hi what you should do is play your balance down to the five x max cashout and make as many comps as you can on the way, then cashout your balance from bonus.

Then redeem your comp points and either play for a minimun withdrawal or cash them out.

Also play a low variance slot so you can make as many comps as you can.

I agree play the money down and build up your comps. I once had 2000.00 dollars on a free chip, played it down and earned 75.00 in comps. I played the comps and won 500.00

Play it down to cashout , then cashout. I made the dreadful mistake of making a cashout and they took the rest so I couldnt play it for comps at another casino

I didnt know that. My play on comps wasnt actually at a Rival. I'm curious to know if thats the case at all the Rivals.

Now I just have to send in docs and hope for a cashout
