Question about MG PlayCheck

Is it normal that for JOB Level -Up Poker the Transaction details of the game cannot be viewed?
Is it only for Single line VP that the details can be viewed and others not?
I already wrote yesterday in the thread of Level-Up that I only got a payout of $4 , but I did win $8 and cannot prove it because lack of details in PlayCheck.
I do not worry about the $4 loss, but it is not acceptable IMHO.

You should be able to view a screenshot of the end result, and the stake and payout, of any game in Playcheck. The only time I know of where this cannot be done is when trying to view the individual free spins of a slots bonus round, as you only see the triggering bet (and screenshot of the trigger event), and the end payout.

I have not used Playcheck to view this game, but I have used it to view the other 4 hand VP games, and that is what I can see.
