As always, I follow the accredited casinos. Better Casino was a new addition and I wanted to give it a try. When I tried to deposit, my transaction was declined because it exceeded my limits. Then I was told that as a new member, I am requested to send documents.
If you are one of those players that do not want this kind of treatment, I wanted to let you know.

Agreed hucorte, another reason to be wary of even the accredited sites these days. I guess it really is just a matter of picking your poison and taking a chance no matter whether it is accredited or not.

I don't agree you should treat accredited and non accredited the same.
You should check the rogue section to find out where definitely not to play and at least the accredited list is not definitely rogue if you see what I mean
Also if you are mistreated at an accredited Casino you can be sure Bryan will pull out all the stops to try to help you get the issue resolved.
That is definitely a big plus.
It does not guarantee a Casino is perfect but then like people there is no such thing.

Hmm. That's good that they did that when you were depositing. So when you win you dont need to send more documents

Better casino seems to be a good playtech casino. There is not many playtechs lisenced in Malta.

Welcome, I kind of agree with 123. If you win, you need to send in documents anyway...in most cases....But on the other hand asking for docs on your very first one doesnt sit well with me either because what if I dont care for the casino and now they have all of my info . I send in documents if I get that "ill be here for awhile feeling"

My feeling is this: If it's accredited, Bryan will fight for you if its legitimate (not having multiple accounts etc). There are plenty to choose from so maybe if your uncomfortable sending in documents so early, find a casino that will let you send them when your comfortable
