If I remember correctly, Inetbet, Betway and Ausvegas do handle transactions as low as $10 though I am not quite sure about QT.

I do know Inetbet does accept QT deposits (I think as low as $5)
their minimum deposit via cc I believe is now $2

Did you know: QT is almost like a Swiss bank account or Cayman Islands account, kinda? Sorta? Well, not at all I guess BUT You can use your single QT account to fund and withdraw from casinos even if you could have registered as a total impostor as well as those casinos where you just registered as yourself, like normal as long as all they do QT.
