I have no idea what the odds are for hitting the jackpot, but I do know jackpot pinatas is a system wide progressive, meaning the jackpot pool is made up of a percentage of wagers accross all RTG casinos. Like the progressives at MG.
So I guess the chance of hitting this one is very very small compared to the regular random jackpots.
Edit: According to jackpotgraphs.com Jackpot Pinatas was last hit 242 days ago for $273,914.

Yes I tried to call they put me on hold forever and I gave up.This morning I logged onto the site and got a pop up message from TOm saying they had sent me a response e-mail.But yet it never showed up in my e-mail so I don't know whats going on.But I won't deposit again until I'm sure that this is in fact a good casino.I trust your words but right now I don't trust the casino

I have been losing also, except for the $100 I just cashed out. However, I have never had a problem contacting support or getting an issue resolved.
I either use live chat or email. My emails are answered within an hour. Live support handles things for me immediately if possible.
