That is not the way out. Opening a new account having played the first will be seen as fraud, and even if you did win, you would not get paid.

The only way out is to change luck by changing casino. NEVER open more than one account at any one casino. Some casino groups go even further, only allowing one new player bonus throughout the group - although in the terms, bonuses will be credited by inept systems or support, but winnings will later be confiscated at audit.
It is also worth checking the "banned countries" list at casinos, as Russia and former soviet states tend to be banned from bonuses, but again they can get credited, and winnings voided upon withdrawal.
Even playing WITHOUT bonuses is no longer safe, there are casinos that will void winnings based on players using the "wrong currency" for their accounts.
