Lied to again COOL CAT CASINO

I was told by Cool Cat casino that if I submitted my personal info, (credit card, liscense,....) that I would receive a 100.00 free chip. So I figuered why not??? Who knows I may win something there one day. Well it has been 3 mnths since I faxed everything over, and nothing!! I have emailed support. I have done the "live online help" thing numerous times....no response what so ever. Noone evr emailed me back, and as soon as i get to the online help operator, they ask me what can they do for me, and i explain the issue, and never, and I mean never, ever has anyone ever responded!! I just sit on the live site waiting for an answer???? Noone ever comes back to answer my question?? This casino will no longer get any of my money! I thought I would just give you guys a heads up.........there is no customer support at COOl Cat. Thanks

not surprising as thier history of being bad is pretty obvious.. id stay clear.

What these places dont tell you is that you have to be a customer on a regular basis for atleast 3 months before you get that chip. When I first started gaming online I fell for the same thing lol. I never got the chip because when someone is shysterish, I wont give them my business. Let them keep their stupid chip. In the long run they will lose more than that

Have you ever made a deposit there? If so, they give you appreciation chips of $50 every now and then. However, unless you have lost a lot and it seems you will continue to deposit, you will be unable to cashout.

Got a phone message yesterday from a guy who said he was Christopher DiAngelo from Virtual Casino..........he was offering me the party250 coupon, same terms as described at CAP...............Bryan I laughed, thought of what you would say if I ever had to PAB on Virtual..........and then promptly erased the message!

Ofcourse I pay attention to the rogue section!! I just wanted to give yet anither example of the "Rougness"......I have had an account with Cool Cat for years, and since they have been rouged, I have not deposited. They called me and said if I faxed my info to them they would give me a 100.00 chip.......so I was just sharing my experience....I thought that it would be helpful to some who have been in the same situation......

That's called "doing business with them". They suckered you into giving them your personal information for a $100 worth of pretend money. That's right - you gave them something they can sell for a lot of money absolutely free. And in the end they didn't even give it to you! Ha! I gotta laugh!

That's called being a sucker. And after all the warnings and rogue listings that I have spent countless hours on, you still did it.

Have you given thought to what they did with your personal information? This UNLICENSED, UNREGULATED, crappy-ass company in Costa Rica. Hell, they are LAUGHING all the way to the bank because of players like you - and all the rest who choose to do business with them.

You seriously need to rethink your Internet gaming activity. That was surely a stupid thing to do.
