Sometimes I'm amazed that a network of casino's this huge could manage to screw something so simple up. IMO, it is so unprofessional and so sloppy.
This makes the 3rd or maybe the 4th week I've got their emails like this.
On Monday's I received an email titled, Hi Bonita, enjoy the weekend. Duh today is Monday folks, not the weekend.
Last Friday, I received an email titled, Enjoy your week, Bonita, they are sending me the weekend bonuses in the wrong titled email.

The contents are correct, just the titles are wrong, they have them back-asswards. :eek2:

Grand Prive weekend bonus:confused:

WTF is that - never heard of it:rolleyes:

:eek2: It's a 50% bonus offer I get almost every weekend.
However they cut me off for a few weeks every now and then from the weekend bonus and the weekly bonus if they feel I've been playing a little more than they would like. Which is not often, by the way. :D

I am KING under their new loyalty scheme. All I have had so far is 100 from the magazine and 100% to 200.

I believe it is CASHING OUT that causes them grief. They have a rule that an unbonused deposit must be made between each bonus claim in order to be eligible, and I have made certain I followed that. After cashing out, I received sweet FA, yet this was from an UNBONUSED deposit, so I should have qualified for the next offer.

I really do not understand how they measure "loyalty", their new scheme is supposed to let players know what to expect, but it doesn't seem to work, they just make it up as they go along, firing out random bonus offers at will.

What incentive does this offer me to either retain my KING status or go for ACE - as far as I can see it would make no difference.

In other casinos, there seems to be a relationship between my "action" and my offers. This often goes beyond mere numbers.

I'm just a lowly jack. and every time they piss me off, I play less and less.
My experience with their customer service via email......well let's just say it sucks, if I'm fortunate to even get a response at all. Who ever is responsible for the email campaigns must be really inept. Take this example. I was sent a survey link and the email said if I took the time to answer there would be a freebie. First the link didn't work, so I emailed them, then they emailed me and said......opps sorry we mistakenly sent it to you by mistake, you aren't eligible. WTF? Then....later I get another email and the link works, so I answer and well I did get the freebie.
Sloppy and very unprofessional IMO.

I used to be a VIP with them and got bonuses every week, they cut me off and the main reason ...You have cashed out more than you have deposited..:They certainly dont like you cashing out especially on one of their bonuses.::eek2:

Well, I LOST 3,600 to THEM in the first 3 months, then they didn't seem to want any more, and cut me from their promotions list. This is what I don't understand. It is common to be cut from promotions when you WIN overall from any casino - they seem to lose faith in their long term advantage and take fright.

Jackpot Factory didn't take fright, not even when I went 45,000 up at one of their casinos. As a result, the long term house edge is begining to get this back at their other casinos. I have now reached an overall loss with them due to still being offered their full VIP programme. I am, of course, being rather more careful, rather than leaping into all their events.
