Craps.com Casino - Bank Draft

Hi there,

I'm just new here, and was wondering something about Craps.com.

Last week I played on their site, and I won around 2000 euro! I met the wagering requirements, so I requested a withdrawal, and i picked 'Bank Transfer', which means it should be transferred to your bank account.

But, yesterday I got an email of the casino that my withdrawal was processed, but it was sent via 'Bank Draft'!
Did anyone here had the same thing as I have now? A bank draft takes a lot more time than a Bank Transfer, so maybe that could be the reason for the casino to do it by that way?

Yes ive had that, but I requested moneybookers cashouts. I think it says in the terms that they can cash out your money by any method they want if the preferred method doesn't work for them. Its indeed very annoying esspecially if you live in the netherlands like me because its a real pain in the ass to cash one of those here.

I'm not exactly sure why they do it this way. In my case I thought maybe they did it because their moneybookers balance was a bit low at the time (stupid maybe since its a big casino). But in your case this would not apply.

That sucks.
They should at least inform you that they can not pay by your prefered method and give you the chance arrange an alternative option that suits you.
To just process it by Bank draft and then tell you after the deed is done is unacceptable in my view.
Do they charge for Bank draft?
Some do in which case it sucks even more.
Ahh well at least you can quit a winner at One casino

Well, they do not charge me for it, but now it can take 'up to 21 business days'. And, with a bank transfer, it will only take a maximum of 5 business days.
So I also find it unacceptable, but I think I can beter wait for the cheque now, I live in The Netherlands, so I don't know how long I have to wait for it.. Hope it won't be as long as 21 business days..

Actually cashing in a cheque costs money. And since you do live in the netherlands it also takes an additional 2 weeks and ALOT of forms to fill in (depending on your bank tho). Last time I cashed a cheque it costs me about 25 euro.
