I presume that means you can convert this to $14 and withdraw without any strings attached. If they had more sense they could have used as a promo by doubling comp balance to 28,642.74 with a 1x requirement after conversion to make the player happy and make the email more meaningful.

Oops! If this wasnt an email from them you can simply convert this into $14 because the conversion rate is 1000 comps to $1.

With Rival casinos, every $ you spend earns you 1 comp though it is normal that the comps earned are doubled or even trebled when playing slots depending on different casinos.

They may have changed but here I have 2,804,000 in total comp points which if you look above that translates into $2804.00 in comp dollars that can be redeemed at least at the time no strings attached. A 1000 comp points translated into $1.00....FTR, RW certain types of games award comp points at different multiples so comp points are not totally directly based at least dollar for dollar on the total amount wagered!!
