If I look any closer - I'll get pinkeye.

A lot of thought has been put into the new 3Dice loyalty system, and a change of this magnitude is bound to cause some response. The majority of the feedback we've received so far is positive, and given some tweaking in the coming weeks I'm confident we can arrive at a solution that works for everyone.

This new system has been introduced to resolve some of the problems we saw on the previous system, and it's purpose is to make sure the same budget is spent more efficiently. The old system suffered from a number of artefacts. Most important one is that it was to prone to winner comping. A winning player would typically generate heaps of comp points, and thus get lots of bonuses. A less fortunate player however would not be able to generate comp points, and had to continue playing without bonuses.

Ideally that has to be the other way around, so the new system decouples this and will evaluate your play in multiple discrete blocks. This will reduce the importance of a 'winner spike' and favors regularity. Because of this we can spend the same budget in bonuses as before, but make sure that less of it goes back to the winners and more to the less fortunate players.

There are many parameters to this system, and we are tweaking those to make sure no players get left out. Also keep in mind that all of this does not change anything to the personal approach we have at 3Dice. If you feel uncertain about the new system, or have questions about your status, please do contact our support department. The will be happy to look into it and it is always possible that your profile is one of the few that the new system hasn't picked up yet.

Give us some time to make this work. It's been designed to be an improvement for all our players and I think we can make it work

    Kindest Regards,

    Enzo

Do you have an idea when the Random Jackpot thing is going to start?

I like the new bonus system and again it is a "perk" that doesnt even have to be done. I can tell you one thing, the reason why I stopped playing MG is because they dont give me squat! The RTG bonus has max cashout, so IMHO, I feel 3 dice has a great bonus system. The one thing I feel should change though is the every 10 day check. I feel that it should be once a month for status change. The reason I feel this way is because you could be a (this is just for argument sake) lets say:

Silver **** for 3 weeks in a row and then you take a few days off because your not online or on vacation. You come back and your Silver ** because of that few days off. One person made a suggestion that maybe 3 dice should allow for a person to ask to be on hold. If they did that, then everyone would be asking that so I have a suggestion. You give each player (depending on there original status) a certain amount of "time outs" each year to keep their status without play due to illness or vacation. Almost like a company giving an employee a personal day off with pay.

    Bronze: once every 3 months
    Silver: once every 2 months
    Gold: once a month

Something to that effect. This allows to give the player to go on vacation and feel assured he hasnt lost his/her status when they get back

Enzo, I know I've discussed this new system with you in PM, but I still can't get onboard with this bonus deal. Given the high variance your games employ, I always kind of felt that the manager bonus and small deposit bonuses were better because it helped make up for the difficulty in winning anything (especially on your slots). This new system that rates the players and gives out perks puts you guys in the same league as MG (IMO). I don't often play with a bonus anyway, so it really won't affect me too much, but I am cutting back on my "budget" for 3D as you are one of the harder places to win at. Service is great, results are kind of lukewarm. Just for what it is worth.
