bet365 - no, thanks

Yesterday I had some doubts about integirty of bet365. I made few bets on BJ, than I went to mini roulette. I won 3 times but funny - my amount of money stays the same. I decided something's wrong with my internet. I reconnect and suddenly instead of having 315.50 in my account I had 315.51. And I was betting only by 0.50. So first my winning didn't count than suddenly 0.01 appear in my account

Than today I had like 4-5 hands in BJ loosing, at some point I started doubling my bets and since than there were like 10 hands in a row lossing. So a total of like 14-15. I tried today as well as yesterday to check my game history - nothing. It just stays ""connecting please wait and that's it. And I have a broadband connection.

Their live roulette is pretty decent but all those things - oh, no, I don't like being played, it's better just to give those money to some poor homelss guy!

p.s. LOL still going on - I placed now 2 bets by 1 unit on mini roulette, I won of them and it just didn't change my total amount! The table limits are 0.50-1000. WHen I place the bets though I see my amoun decrease - it's perfect, when you loose you really loose, when you win nothing:-)

AMAZING! I just played again this mini roulette. I had total 52 units. Placed 0.50 on black - I lost. Now I have 51.50. I placed 1 on black. I win and what you think happened? MY BALANCE IS 50.50!!!

Really I have to make some video and placed in youtube, I will look for appropriate software

p.s. sorry to bring that again but I've never seen something like that. I talked with some support guy and he told me that it's normal when I bet 1 to get 1 when I win (and not 2). E.g. to get my bet back only, without the casino to pays me something. That goes for even bet type. How about that:-)

Really, I will video them and put them on youtube, what a hell of publicity will that be:-)

Have you contacted CS regarding this issue? Because it seems like minor software glitch. I've been playing at bet365 since April,2007 and few times I had to contact CS, and they always were very polite and professional. Also you can see the history in order to find out what actually has happened.

Bet365 are an excellent company to play with so you won't have any problems over this. I am sure there is a rational explanation.
