My email:
Quote:
Please have your affiliate using this tag to stop sending unwanted spam emails.

He uses the list ID of bonusman which I never signed up for

Thank you for your consideration.

Your full home address (including the post code).
Detailed information regarding the nature of your query - including any error messages you are receiving.
Once we have received this information we will be able to locate your account information and accurately respond to your query. Please keep in mind that we need all of the above information for both the security of your information and to ensure we can provide a complete and accurate resolution to your query.

Kind Regards,

CR Helpdesk
Why would they need all that information to process a spam complaint? Can't support just deal with an issue without having the email jump through flaming hoops? If they were that concerned about it they would manually look me up using my email addres..

Bunch of morons.

I know i made a post not long ago about their emails. And those emails came from cr. I kept getting here is 10 here or you got 50 free spins here and so on.
When i log into them there is never anything, they said easier to send out same email to everyone then not so i closed off all my cr accounts. I think there are a few of us that did and never looked back now their mail goes right to junk.
Now i asked forthem to unsubscribe also, that was well over a month ago from them, so if they cant stop their own emails how can they attempt stopping affiliates.

They cannot.

They gave me the same bullshit reply when I mentioned I was getting what looked like spam. They admitted that it was them sending it, not a rogue affiate, and that unsubscribing from the irrelevant spam would also block loyalty offers and other promotions.

I now notice they come from "Jangomail", and I strongly suspect CR have sold their player lists to them to promote their other casinos.

Their intent seems to be to get players to sign up to ALL of their casinos, but when they do so, they are called "bonus abusers" when all they have done is respond to these invitations.
