Can You Play Your Loyalty Points ?

if you have a pending cashout can you claim and play your loyalty points , i have over 7000, im thinking its 70.00 and is there a w/r with them ? i dont want to screw up my withdrawal.......laurie

Take it and play. The points have nothing to do with your withdrawal.I did it before many times and I got my winning. You have just to meet the wagering requirement from the points bonus. One time I had won with the points and I made withdrawal for the second time when I had already pending withdrawal.

If you want to be sure then email or talk to the support, but Iam completely sure the points bonus have nothing to do with your pending money.

thanks nicole, just talked to lisa at w/j and she said no wagering , no max cashout , its considered as cash

Maybe you should mention the casino name, because how should we know, which terms this casino have, when you don't tell us the name from it?

Every casino have their own terms and on some you have a WR for Comp Points and on another casino you can even make directly a withdrawal, because it's all your own money, so there are many differences on it

Good going on your cashouts lauriejim... did not know there was no wagering on comps at wild jacks.

As for all jackpots its a good casino great group but not for me to the problem off bad connection, every time i have played in the past i get a dissconect.

I was told by support it is because off my region to many people playing at same time off day, and to try and play at a different time off day.
