Question PROOF OF IDENTITY FOR CASHIN

If you have abided with the terms and conditions and are from an "allowed Country" then a copy of your passport and additional current proof of your address should be all that is needed.

Also, if you are withdrawing using the same method (account)you deposited with they should not be giving you a problem.

for example, you deposited via credit card and want your cashin sent back to that same credit card account.

What difference does it make if you are wearing glasses in your picture?

Please let us know what happens.
