[quote=footdr;242447]I have just about had it. Microgaming loyalty programs no where near RTG's and their Vip Loyalty bonuses s...ck
Harder to deposit harder to get paid. Can't keep playing at same two or three casino's and expect to keep winning. With deposit options and payment options it is just getting to be a headache. Jackpot Factory CS today was the last straw. They actually refused to give me my $8.00 bonus but said they would give me back 15% on my NEXT deposit. Why NEXT, I had just made and lost 2 deposits. Played there 4 years. How cheap can they be........................they do have the worst comp/ loyalty i have ever seen, i like wild jack atleast they do give you 10% on every deposit and have always been fair with me.....................laurie.......... but i do love those rtg comps ![]()

I like jackpotcity there really isnt any deposit bonus, but their loyalty bonus adds up a lot faster and you can cash out without having so many points like roxy and jackpotfactory. A few times a month i have 20 dollars from my points and i do only 25 deposits few times week and cash out from those.

Funny that you mention Microgaming, the Casino's that use their software really suck in the payouts on feature wins, these are leaches sucking the cash out of your bank account.

WOODY50 IS CORRECT
Woody50 you are correct and then after losing Way to much over past several years they argue over owing me 15% bonus on a $50.00 deposit.
And........ most don't even have weekly deposit bonuses for VIPs. I am king level at Grandprive and have to phone to get promotions or I won't get the offer. I am playing less because it takes too long to get paid and once paid to ewallet account takes another 5 days to reach me. They could easily be doing eft/ach payments because those are not even regulated under new law. Instead, wire transfers which take longer and are more scrutinized by the Banks. Once law changed they stopped rewarding players but still take the money. I truly am fed-up, can't buy a decent win anywhere. Usually changing to flash for awhile helps, even flash not paying off(I think their flash software does not keep your win loss information like the download software does)just my guess. |

Very interesting point!... I wouldn't bet my life on it, but I too noticed that no-download flash casino versions usually pay better, and on the whole happen to be more appealing - to me.

Non existant wins
I have played MIcrogaming for almost 8 years and have noticed you have to play and lose an enormous amount before you hit a large enough win to keep you playing. This completely removes the entertainment value as you can almost predict your overall win/loss ratio over a long period of time. The land based casinos are far far more consistant. I stopped playing online a few times and every time I came back it was the same old same old. Also I have noticed an anomoly. After a few minutes of play into the session, my cards start to freeze after a few small wins. When this happens I do not seem to hit anything. Very frustrating. This adds more power to stop playing online. Cheers

Often, there is a minimum deposit needed to qualify for these JF bonuses, sometimes $50, but also can be $100. A few of the promotions specify min deposits of $200 or $250. There is also a min wager specified. Recently, they added a rule that required some play to take place during the lead up to a delayed bonus. Often this is of the form "15% on all deposits this weekend, credited Monday". Previously, you could simply deposit and get the bonus, but now there is a min playthrough, I have seen $50 specified, or the system will not recognise your deposit for bonus purposes. Some promotions also specify that a withdrawal made before a delayed bonus is credited results in the loss of the bonus. This was the case with the "Forever Gold" VIP promotion last month. A lost deposit should not be disqualified, and if $50 is indeed eligible, CS should add the bonus, and not hide behind "rules" just because the system has failed to work properly (not uncommon with JF).

In my experiences i have always found that casinos that fail to meet even the most prudent CS standards and practices should be left. I know that a lot of people get stuck in a rut, but there is so much information out there that staying with a bad casino makes no sense. As for the problem address in this tread i have had a number of bad CS experiences, but in the last few years they been minimalized through constant research. I feel thats the only way to stay ahead of the curve.
