Thumbs up Intertops Casino took care of me!

I just wanted to share my experience with Intertops Casino. I was fortunate enough to cash out at Intertops on 5/31 and on 6/4 I had received my payout on the ICC card went to the store used the card and got $200 cash back. The next day I went to an ATM to withdraw some more money and it was declined I called cardholder support they said they did not see a problem and would turn in a ticket to their Tech dept the next day card still did not work they said it was a system wide problem and they were working on it to make a long story a little shorter by the next Tuesday card still did not work and cardholder supports phone was disconnected I was already freaking out Intertops didnt know what was going on at that time but they answered my emails and their phones. They disabled the payout method and wanted until Monday 6/16 to investigate and resolve problem with the Processor. On Monday no change they sent me 3 emails over the weekend assuring me I would get my money. Intertops had paid me but the Processor was AWOL so they were not really obligated to take care of situation, but on Tuesday they did. I sent them my card account history and they put the money back into my casino account so I could withdraw it again, And tonite Thursday 6/19 I have all my cash in my hand. It took awhile and I was certain I was screwed but Intertops took care of me and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to gamble at a casino with Integrity. They are professional, helpful and HONEST.

Great story! How much does Intertops charge to use this withdrawal method?

The ICC card method cost $15 for the card one time charge and it arrived overnight this would have been a great method except for the fact the card processor disabled the ATM card and disconnected their phones. To the credit of Intertops casino they reimbursed me the balance on my card and I guess they will be hunting the card processor down. They basically paid me twice which says alot about their Integrity. I think all gamblers should feel safe playing there. If your from US make sure you can cash out with the few methods still available. Hopefully they can find another company that can do the ICC card it would have been great but Intertops is probably a little nervous considering what they must have went through during this incident.
They stayed in contact with me and were very professional you can't ask for more than that.
