    Ladbrokes is breaking Dutch law

    British betting company Ladbrokes is breaking Dutch gambling law by targeting Dutch consumers on the internet, the high court said on Friday.

    However, the court has referred the case to the European court for its opinion because of the implications for EU single market legislation
