I would suspect that "as little as" are the important words, as it is possible this is far less of a good offer than it seems. Perhaps to get $1000 you have to deposit considerably more than $20.
The second trick is the hidden rule about max cashouts. Taking a free chip of $1000 of a $20 deposit (if this is really offered) will ensure your free chip to deposit ratio goes sky high, and stays there (they make sure of this by flooding you with fantastic bonus offers). This means you can NEVER keep a Random Jackpot in it's entirety even if you won it without a bonus on your deposit.
The 10x max cashout is probably going to be on the $20 deposit, and not the $1000 bonus, so all you could ever win would be $100, and they may not even pay this given that this is Palace of (Fat) Chance.
If a casino is giving such a huge bonus away, it seems too good to be true ($20 for $1000), which means it is a lie, a set up, a con trick, etc.
Even when you play a free chip & never deposit, they ARE getting somethig of value from you, your personal details
- They may well sell these on, and they certainly use them to spam you with offers from other sister sites, even though taking up these offers can make you breach their terms and conditions.
