You have a chance with the $50 freerolls. I won 2 of them and came 2nd and 3rd once. With the $200 freerolls, you have a lesser chance but I still got 4th once though I was late and had less than 4 minutes play left. These were all done without rebuys. Forget the 20K weekend tourneys even though you get a free entry.

Seems to me you have a better chance at some of the casinos with the $2/$200 or $5/500 tournaments. They usually have less than 100 people in them and run for 24 hours each.

Guess the tournaments lose the allure if you have to pay to get in them.

There have been a few freerolls that are actually free, with no continues allowed, although some have allowed rebuys.

The RiverBelle event is the worst con I have ever seen though, these freerolls allow 10 continues, yet only get you a place in the semi finals, and you can BUY a place in the semis for the cost of 4 continues in the freerolls.
It seems they are running $50 buy in feeders to the final, yet you can buy into the final for $20

I may have won my place anyway, and for free. I will check before the current freeroll ends, just in case I need to freeroll again

Just came back from work and played the T/S $50 freeroll at All Jackpots. Won 1st place again from a field of 1100. Oh well, at least it's $15 bucks and several minutes of fun for nothin.
