may be slowing down for a bit .

well i decided to undo two of my deposit options and maybe i wont be so fast in blowing my money. it was so easy to dep and i lost track of the money i acually have been spending. with no wins here of late. i usually pay the monthy bill on my c. c. card and go on. and this month i looked it up and decided that i could buy a lexus and pay a good monthly payment instead of gamble. and thats not counting when i pre pay on my visa card and gamble. so its kind of depressing when you break it all down. not saying im quitting completely but if i cant fund my account out of my pocket then i shouldnt play. i could put the money in better use and maybe have more to show for it. ive had some good wins but still dont think it makes up the difference in the long run. and i will play on bonuses with a no max cash out too. seems that me not using bonuses has been has made it worse.

well...good points.

I think people have to remember that gambling is addictive.

Also that our society is addiction driven, and so are the casinos...

(tobacco and alcohol not to be forgotten thats always the argument.....sorry two wrongs dont make right)

Not sure of the percentage but....recreation is cool ...but the casinos love the people with addictions.

I my self got caught....and its hard to see and realize....until most likely it often is too late....

i know what im saying is all to familiar but.....we all need to step back and take a good look.

If its still fun then you are OK.

If you are chasing that win to maintain your lifestyle then maybe its time to take a step back.

Play every time as if you are happy to lose. If you look back, kicking yourself because you had something better to spend it on, you know what to do.

I try to put a material price on my gambling money. If I win a few $$$, thats a night out.

I lost 3 chicken curries & a 6 pack of of beer on Friday night because I decided to stay in and play a few $$$

Don't ever look back. That's what I could say. Once you lose the money, just consider it LOST!!! I've personally tried looking back quite a few times and if I had just a penny for everytime I say "if only I didn't play and used the money for...", I would have been extremely rich by now.

So once you play in a casino, never ever look back and say anything if you lose it. Just remember that you lost the money. If you win, then all the better. You have extra cash that came out from the ATM.

Then again, aren't we all chasing that elusive WIN? Haha... oh well, now-a-days, I tend to play a bit less than I did quite a few years ago. I realized that money is not easy to earn and if I really wanted to play, I should just go to a B&M casino. That way, there's more interaction and there's way better service and treatment.

I won't say that I'm quitting online, I'm just going on 1st gear where I used to be going on 5th gear. I guess that's called realizing that there's no WIN on the online world.

Ps. This is an interesting read : http://www.ajc.com/health/content/sh...ct/615330.html

Quite a good idea, reda! Sounds like your personal "Responsible Rambling" option btw, my CC has expired by date and I decided not to revive it for a while, and now I can deposit only via MB. Just want to save a bit of my winnings

Let's not kid ourselves...Limiting our deposit options isn't cutting down on gambling. We either take it serious and STOP or admit we have a problem. There is nothing wrong with completely walking away from it. Gamblock is an excellent program to buy for about $30. It will assure you that your gambling days on that computer is over with. Trust me, you're not missing a damn thing by not being apart of the gambling community. Go join your local G.A meetings. There are lots of people just like you and I there to support you. Don't just sit at your computer and donate to these online bookie. There was a reason why GW Bush signed that anti-gaming law. Alot of Americans who quit when the law was passed. Have saved themselves alot of sorrow. If you are truely tired. GIVE IT UP and get HELP! People will help you if you let them.
