Thumbs down Vegas Red - DO NOT PLAY!

    Hi Guys,

I have registered with this casino and deposited a lot.
I managed to win a bit, and cashed in. To date, I have not recieved my withdrawal. My 1st withdraw request was back at the end of april.

4 days after my withdraw request, I decided to login to my acc, and to my surprise, I see that my entire withdrawal was put back into my account. I called again to see why, and they tell me they had a problem processing my credit card withdrawal. I recieved no e-mail telling me there was a problem with their processing etc

Then they ask me to withdraw via bank transfer which I did. I was informed that I now had to go through the pending period of 4 working days before they process the withdrawal. I accepted.

I called after i saw the withdrawal was processed to ask for a tracking number for the transfer and they were not able to provide this. Each time they tell me to wait the 3-5 business days for the withdrawal to hit my bank account. After waiting the full 5 business days(today), I called them to check why I still didn't recieve the money, they tell me to wait until tomorrow before calling back.

I then demanded to speak to a supervisor who finally informed me that the withdrawal has not left their side as yet, as they are now having problems with their bank accounts. Again no e-mail.

What do I have to do before I get my money. They were able to take off money from my credit card when I deposited without any problems with processing. I have been lied to many times by their support.

    Pls help.

    What country are you from?

Usually you have to withdraw via the same method you deposited.

I believe there is a different policy in some countries regarding credit cards.

If the withdrawal has been reversed, you will need to make another request.

It's not been too long so dont panic

    3. All withdrawal requests are subject to a pending period before they are processed. During this short time you can cancel your withdrawal request and have the funds returned to your available account balance without having to submit a new deposit. The pending period time varies among VIP levels and as you become a VIP member the pending time is greatly decreased. For more information regarding this issue or any issues relating to Vegas Red's special VIP club, please send an email to vipclub@vegasred.com.

For more information on the available withdrawing methods, or if you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Service department at support@vegasred.com.

I thought casinos couldnt deposit back to us via visa or mastercard. You had to use things like click2pay neteller instadebit ewallet and so on. Or at the least a chq from the casino that can take weeks then the bank holds it up for few more weeks. With saying that did you send in all your id for them thats another factor when you dont think about after you hit that withdraw button. I now if i join a new casino i send them my id norm is in few hours i get response of all is ok
you may make your deposit now. If i had to wait over a week for them to view them i dont even bother depositing if they cant or dont have the time to view within a day or so who knows how long i would have to wait to be paid by them then. With one casino they sent my winnings to my moneybookers account that only took few min to set up and that wasnt my way of deposting

    Hi

    Thanks for the replies
Im from South Africa. I saw some adds on a site saying they were accepting SA players thats why I signed up with them

I did request the withdrawal back to my visa card i deposited with
I did send all my documents which they requested from me via e-mail.

It might not be too long, but from the other SA casinos played at, we get our withdrawals within 5 days max.

The thing is I dont appreciate the lies they have been feeding me to get me of their back. Secondly, they advertise a toll free SA number. It doesnt work.

At least send me a mail when there is a problem. I have to check up with them each day....

I had a problem getting my fax back forms to a playtech or getting a reply from chat most times you know the story went on for over month as i gave up.

Then some wise guy on live chat said try sending them in individually they were processed within in a hour and all replyed to.

Had my cash out in under two days over the holiday period i think christmas eve. so hold in there it was at either 32vegas red or vegas red.

Hope you get it sorted and paid soon to rid your self off that head ache and off course this casino, do they ever learn.

    Thanks!

Although I think I might have posted in the wrong place.
I read a private message that says casino complaints go into another section.

My sincere apologies. Is there anyway to move this complaint to the correct section.

Vegas Red - Look At this

After speaking to them yesterday, they promised to send me an e-mail to clarify the situation.

(remember previously they tried a CC refund-failed, then they tried a bank transfer which also failed then they tell me they will pay me via CC again...)

Today, I got 2 e-mails, about 3 hours apart with 2 different stories.
Now I'm back at where i started. No one knows whats going on

What do I do? Is there anyone else that can help me?
The money has not left their side as yet!

    ==========
Thank you for choosing Vegas Red.

Please be informed that your withdrawal was canceled due to the technical
problems we are experiencing in processing the withdrawal via local bank
    payment.

In this regard, we will be processing your withdrawal via visa within 12
hours. Once it is approved, please allow maximum of fourteen (14)
business days for the fund to reflect your visa card.

We hope for your understanding in this matter. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Have a nice day.

With any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Vegas Red
Support Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Best Regards,

    Anne

Wow, that's awful. It looks to me like they are really messing up here.
Either that or the more sinister - waiting for more money to come into the system before they pay you. Thanks so much for the warning!
