Whats Up With 3 - Dice ?

i having so many problems with the games doing this, i can put money in and trust me its been alot today i cant get c/s on the phone or live chat, is anyone else had this happen to them ? the other casinos are working fine infact monies are lasting longer has 3- dice gone cold as ice or is it just me? prolly me i have sent a pm to enzo, this just keeps happening over and over again today..........

Ive had a lot of problems with 3dice. the only thing I can think of is that the graphics takes up too much memory. Ive done all the reinstall stuff, clear cache, run virus scans. I had the same problem with PKR.com, a poker site. It made it unplayable for me. I thought it might have been the chat facility added on download. deleted it, still the same.

My pc has decent memory and speed but 3dice just doesnt work good for me

I do have to say I have had a problem with the spin button where it will go on it's own and steals a turn from me where if I didn't want to spin that wheel again.

On first glance, things seem to be ok on our side, so this is most likely a congestion issue (knot in the wire somewhere) - if that is the case, I expect it to auto-resolve shortly. I'll be looking into it further tho and will keep you posted.

Both the 3Dice and pkr software, because of their advanced graphics, really require a 3D capable video card. You will indeed get a reduced gaming experience, even on an otherwise fine computer if no real 3D video card is present. (Actually most of todays applications will benefit greatly from a decent video card - not just 3D applications.)

I too have been having some problems w/ the software here as of late. Normally the software runs like a champ!

It drops connection on me countless times and sometimes when it tries to reconnect.. .the software freezes up to where I have to ctrl/alt/delele to get out of it.

I sent off a few emails to support and waiting for reply.

I was going to let my cats take care of it too.
And after 10 times I cleaned it and nothing it was still stricken.

I thought it was just me. I made the mistake of uninstalling 3Dice. Big mistake. I finally got it downloaded again - took 6 hours+ - no kidding. Then when I finally got to play, it was in out, froze, disconnected. I finally got tired of trying and just quit. I am too nervous to play that way. Drives me crazy. When I had it installed the first time it worked fine.

I like the games but can't handle the stress.

I just downloaded 3dice in about 1 min 30 sec reactivated my account with the most helpful Karen and the casino runs as smooth as ever. Check your FPS (frames per second) in the task manager and this may give you an idea if your video card is lagging. (Correct me if I am wrong) Mine is around 25-28. Im glad this thread came up, Ive missed 3Dice I just didnt know it.

Update:

I played Tut some this AM. Tut was playing for the time being. Then I get disconnected twice within two spins of each other.

I contacted support on Monday and Tuesday. Still no reply!

I love playing 3Dice. They've always treated me pretty well. But keep getting disconnected is so frustrating and trying at best.

3Dice: I get that it's very nice to be able to offer a three-dimensional experience for your players, but what about those of us who don't have super-duper computers (i.e. those who aren't gamers or don't share their computer with a gamer)?

I don't understand why I need such heavy graphics to play a bit of blackjack!

Sporadic loss of connection is to be expected, the internet relies on a gigantic amount of computers, and only one needs a temporary fluke for things to go haywire. Especially when dealing with longer sessions and long-living connections, hickups are virtually unavoidable. If the problem is of returning nature, then other possible causes can be investigated. Truth of the matter is that these types of problems are often very difficult to connect to a direct cause, although we will always do what we can to help resolve the issue.

Reverse the situation .. imagine you do have a 3D capable video card (as the vast majority of pc's do these days), then why would you play any type of digital entertainment that leaves those options unused ? (we're not all playing textmode games still .. although it would allow XT and 286 owners to join in ..). It's a choice between either going the lengths and trying to provide in the highest quality entertainment for 90% of the users .. or go 80's technology on everyone. Time is with us tho, here's for issues that solve themselves

losing my butt off, im fine pacers and thanks for asking, it seems to me that with 3- dice, you never know, its a hit or miss, i havent left them yet and i think enzo would back me in saying im a regular depositor and play there often. i love the c/s and they have been great to me. i try to stay with certain casinos that i know to be fast paying and honest and that i know will treat the players right. i have no problems with enzo or 3- dice, ive just been like some others on here riding out the dry spell and playing while depositing smaller amounts and cashing out when i can.........................laurie

I've been winning on slots lately. I've actually won more than lost there overall (thanks to big hit on the medieval slot in January). IMO, it really is just high variance. Like other members have posted, I play at RTG or MG when I want to stretch a deposit for playing time but I go to 3Dice for a "vacation changing" spin.

What else to do since Rivals stopped paying timely?

Pacers, I've had some great wins lately and I've also made a lot of deposits, just that sometimes I get greedy and cannot find that cash-out button in time, then the variance kicks in and nothing seems to hit.

I'm not complalning though and your time will come, to get better play time just play the lowest bets and don't give up hoping.

Yeah, thanks laurie, probably a good idea. It just seems so hard to understand why I can't win anything here after the large investment. My play time seems to be cut down too..some days $10 could last seemingly forever and like the last few days, freakish amounts of $$ last minutes. None the less, I know that dry spells are dry spells and the c/s and 'perks' keep me coming back. I've done well in the past so i can't complain. I especially love the chat..
My only wish is that I had the software or whatever it is to have the full effects of the graphics. I have to play at the smallest screen size even though I have a fast system.
Just my 2 cents as it's a saturday night and i'm home and tired of knitting.
