Anybody hear of Jackpot Capital casino?

I saw this casino mentioned in another thread along with INETBET and Clubworld. I decided to give them a try.

A couple observations....they have no customer support chat, so if you have a question, you need to email them or phone them. After 11PM or so, nobody answers the phone even though they say they have 24/7 support.

This was an RTG casino that appeared to have the same payout on slots as all the rest right now...terrible. Needless to say, I lost my deposit. I wrote them an email asking about their payout. While they responded, they did not provide any information other than, "our systems are set-up to treat all players fairly". I guess "fairly" is up for interpretation.

Right now i would hesitate to go back there unless somebody has some very favorable comments about them. There was also very little information on them when I did a google search. I also did not see them on the RTG list provided at this site.

They seem to be the only casino owned by Greavestrend Ltd... but I've seen that name before. They're in cyprus. You don't get much from the about us page because there isn't one until you click through the affiliate link, and that is still sketchy.
pdjoes and gamtrak were promoting codes late fall, maybe easter... might ask there.

Btw. Their Bonus rules are also very confusing, because there's first nothing written, that this bonus is a sticky one!

But when you read the second bonus term side, you can see it:

1st side:

After you have fulfilled the wagering requirements, your Welcome Bonus will be automatically credited to your player account.

2nd side:

This Welcome Bonus is a play bonus and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn.

Ok, i've asked them about their withdrawal time and about their very confusing terms and got this answer from my following questions:

My 1st question:

"how long does it take to get a withdrawal, if i make a cash out in your casino?"

Their answer:

"The time span of our withdrawal methods vary, and depends on which you choose. After all Account Verification documents (http://www.jackpotcapital.com/en/Ban...ification.aspx) have been received on your account, and you account is enabled for withdrawals, you may request a withdrawal. It takes between 24 - 48 hours to be processed and then depends on which withdrawal method you choose."

My 2nd question:

"there are 2 different rules for the 100% welcome bonus, so which one is now the right one?
First it's written: " After you have fulfilled the wagering requirements, your Welcome Bonus will be automatically credited to your player account."
But then on another side it's also written: " This Welcome Bonus is a play bonus and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn."
So which on is now right please?"

Their answer:

"The Welcome bonus rules you have stated are correct. The first instance where it states that the welcome bonus cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn means that only after you have fulfilled the wagering requirements, you can have access to and will be automatically credited to your player account and therefore redeemed for cash."



Ok, i got very fast an answer, but sorry for my probably too bad english, but is this bonus now cashable after meet the WR or not?

When I played there, I didn't ask for the bonus. After I lost my deposit, I sent them an email asking about the bonus. They did credit it to my account. Unfortunately that didn't last too long. What i'm seeing is that my emails are being answered, but unfortunately there's no live chat and generally nobody picks up the phone.

I may try them again with an echeck (you need to send them verification and voided check).

Ok, it's a cashable bonus

Got this mail today

"after you have fulfilled the wagering

I'll give them a try, because their payouts are not soo bad, as i could see in fun play

played here tonight and deposited thru e-check. I was able to cashout, so we'll see how this goes. This casino may turn out to be another viable RTG option.

To be honest, I'm really concerned about the Vegas Magic casino. They don't respond to emails at all. Also, it's really hard to get a hold of someone on chat. I'll wait a few more days and then contact Casinomeister to see next steps.

I feel pretty confident that Jackpot Capital is OK. I didn't win much here, but wanted to test the cashout process. They use the same echeck processor as mainstreet group and they definitely follow-up on emails. Also, they don't let the cashout sit in the account so you can reverse it. It was put in hold until echeck clears which I actually prefer.
