I do more reading than posting on this forum so I figured I better start posting some.I got the 50 free chip in the mail and ran my roll up to 130 bucks then it went south.Started spinning at 20 cents then later went to a buck.Had a few good hits but nothing REALLY good.Oh well.... it burned up 5 hrs on this rainy day.Good luck to all the free chippers!

i still stand by my statement that they seem to be a good casino imo , several small deposits and i was paid within 24 hours,so i will continue to play there until proven wrong. you need to play where they pay and your treated decent, isnt that correct?...................laurie

I got a nice streak of straits and flushes on 3CP and reached 1600 after meeting the wagering requirement!!

I tried to cashout, but after sending the verification docs I couldn't log in anymore. I just called them and they told me that they had problems with the network/connections in my area The call center agent told me that all I can do is wait till the security department contacts me. Very very strange

This feels like an excuse to me. Confiscating winnings after you make a huge win... What do you suggest? Just wait a few days?

Are you sure that game is allowed in the T&C's of your bonus?
If so are you sure you made the WR as some games count less towards WR
Have they asked for doc's?
If you have a green light on all those it sounds like this may be the start of the runaround, especially since they mention their security department and your account appears to have been locked.

You should be able to tell whether this is really a connection issue, or a locked account. With a locked account, you will get an error from the casino server, this might be one of invalid username or password, or it may even be up front and say "account locked".

Many RTG casinos have had connection problems, including the accredited ones.

What should be seen as suspicious is if they later change their story, such as later telling you that WR had not been met, which should be clear, even without the counter (which Rushmore don't like, but are unwilling to explain why they have a problem with giving this to players).
When the balance moves from "bonus" to "withdrawable" when entering the cashier, this means WR has been completed. The only problem would be if in completing WR, the bonus terms were broken, such as playing an excluded game to build the bankroll, and then grinding.

3 Card Poker might be an excluded game, so check the terms for this. Some RTG casinos have taken to excluding this game now, even though the 3 card rummy game is better at making WR (seen this excluded as well).

Blackjack and Video Poker are usually excluded games for RTG sign-up bonuses, and only seem to be allowed where a weighted bonus system is in use, such as with MG casinos of late.

I played at jackpot capitol on a 50 dollar free bonus. I had my account up to 4000.00. They only let me cashout 500.00. I can say they seem to be a pretty good casino. I had my money in the bank in less then a week.

mollypenny - you were VERY LUCKY. It will be interesting to see what happens the next few times you deposit at that place. My bet is the money will be gone before you can say "Oh my god, what happened to my deposit?".

It's not possible on RTG software for an individual casino operator to have any control over the RTP's other than to select which variant is in use.
I love conspiracy theories as much as the next guy, but there is no "casino turn off switch" as I've read in some posts.
Having dealt with RTG for a long time I have no doubt of their integrity and the integrity of their software.

Oh, and on another note, random jackpot total contribution is under 1.5% of total game RTP (you'll find a statement to this effect appearing in game rules pages at a later date)

Statistically it sucks when you have a run without hitting features, or hitting crap pays on one...but it happens, both in real bricks and mortar casinos as well as on-line.
Heck, I've gone over 1200 spins on a physical Aristocrat machine before without hitting a feature. As you may be aware there are a multitude of agencies and testing authorities that physical casinos go through to ensure validity.
If it can happen there it can happen on-line too.
