I deposited USD 200 from my Neteller account and started playing Blackjack, which is the only game I intended to play, and only with my own money, which I usually do on various casinos. During a pause the casino gave me 15% bonus money (USD 30) with some rather harsh wagering requirements for BJ. After this I continued playing, but when I tried a withdrawal, I became aware of these wagering requirements.
I have had a long e-mail dispute with support (they respond very quickly, quite decent of them), but they simply refer to their T&C stating that he player must in advance inform the casino about not wanting any bonuses. This information is not given when the deposit is done, and I mean it is quite good hidden, so this is a very unethical procedure. The whole situation feels more like a con trick, nonbonus-hunting BJ players will be stuck in thick glue.
It has been a long time ago since I looked for bonuses when I play BJ, and I haven't experienced any problems for the last couple of years when I deposit in order to just play with my own money.
So BJ players, be aware, even reputable casinos like Golden Riviera are trying to rip you off!
